Awesome house and perfect for our family. Only issue was the master bath has a second door into the laundry room that doesn’t close and latch. So not the best for privacy. But loved the stay!

This property is an older home remodeled. the showers are only for SMALL people. they use horrible smelling air freshners. it took 2 days to get the chemical smell out. And the lights in the bathroom went out after the first day. The price on this home is way to high for the property. But on a good note, the fenced in back yard is huge. the dogs loved it. but the next door neighbor has aggressive pit bulls who go nuts at the fence when they are out. . And after letting the owner know about the lights going out in the bathroom, they didnt offer to refund a portion of the fees. Over all, not a good experience.

Future renters, please do not let this negative review dissuade you from booking this lovely property! We have never had any complaints regarding our neighbors dogs. He happens to be our local police chief and has very friendly pups. The primary suite does have a smaller step in shower, however the other bathroom has a standard size tub/shower combo, all of which is visible in the listings photos. We’ve had zero complaints from prior renters. The electrical issue was not reported to us until the 4th and final night of their stay and It was after 8pm. At that time it was stated that the lights went out that morning, not on the first day of their stay like was stated in the review. He also stated in his messages to us that he “understands things happen”. We had an electrician come by the next day and the issue has been resolved. If you have any issues, please let us know immediately and we will do everything that we can to accommodate or fix the issue as quickly as possible. We’ve been hosting in this property on multiple platforms for 5 years and have received 4 and 5 star ratings with every stay. We hope to host you soon!

Breeders cup trip

We traveled to the area for the breeders cup. The house was really nice and comfortable. The ride getting there was beautiful country. House was as described. Worth the cost. We had a great time. Would definitely stay there again when we return to the Lexington area.
