Perfectly situated at Main and 9th Streets in Millersburg’s historic district, this stately residence features a grand front porch, a welcoming foyer with a curved staircase, original hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen, cozy fireplaces, and serene private suites. With lots of space, it's ideal for larger families and groups.
The space Bedrooms & Bathrooms: - All three bedrooms are on the upstairs level. - Venture up the front, curved staircase to find the Primary Bedroom featuring a king bed. - Bedroom 2 features two small twin beds. - The back staircase leads guests to Bedroom 3, featuring a queen bed. - All three bedrooms feature their own private and full ensuite for ample privacy.
Formal Living Room: - A formal living room with a beautiful fireplace (currently non-operational). - Enjoy the elegance and antique pieces in this space.
Chef's Kitchen: - The fully equipped kitchen features a large range, farmhouse sink, custom cabinets, and fireside seating. - Just beyond, a private back porch offers an intimate setting for evening conversations.
Dining: - The eight person dining table in the formal dining room is wonderful for family gatherings or holiday meals.
Additional Features: - The first floor includes a laundry room and a half bathroom. - Central air & Wi-Fi - Enjoy this prime location within the Mustard Seed Hill community near downtown Millersburg. - The home features two staircases leading to separate bedroom suites, providing added privacy for guests.
Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Off-street parking is available beside the house. There is additional street parking on Main Street if needed.
Private tours of the historic Allen House, a celebrated example of Greek Revival architecture, can be arranged upon request.
Other things to note Please note that while the fireplaces beautifully enhance the home's historic charm, they are currently decorative and not in use. As this is a historic property, please be aware that some doorways and staircases may be narrower or smaller than those found in newer homes.
