Amazing place. You hear the water from the creek as soon as you get out of the car. The view of the water is amazing and the peace and quiet are to die for. The place is very clean and the design and every piece is well thought out. The host gives you eggs from the chickens on the property. Definitely plan on going back.

Spacious cabin on a beautiful creek. Has a wonderful fire pit for sitting and relaxing. Space was very well maintained and clean. They have everything you would need for your stay. Creek was great to walk thru and fish. I would recommend for anybody wanting to get away into the woods, while still wanting to stay close to food and recreation or just to get away. Host were terrific!

We loved our stay at the Cabin on Cedar Creek. Beautiful, well kept property and creek. Seems so remote, but is only 15 or 20 minutes away from “civilization”. Breathtaking views of the creek below from the cabin. It was like staying in a treehouse and was a great view to wake up to every morning. If you are looking to get away and unwind, this is definitely the place for you.

We had such an incredible stay at the cabin. Spent lots of time relaxing in the beautiful creek (remember water shoes). The cabin was clean with great linens and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. It was so neat to meet the chickens that were partially responsible for our breakfast one morning. Rich an Mary were incredible host, close by if we needed anything but also gave us plenty of privacy to relax. They even have a set of trails on their property that they have mapped out to enjoy walks along. I very much hope to be back in the future.

The property and hosts were amazing! I have to say, this was the most clean cabin we have stayed in, and that comes from a picky professional cleaner. The property was exactly as listed, with a bonus, FRESH EGGS! We enjoyed dabbling in the creek and searching for neat rocks. We loved that the cabin was way off the beaten path, yet still close enough to all the great things to explore. The cabin was equipped with all necessary things for a perfect stay.

The cabin was cozy and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the creek. It's very private on 30 acres with trails. There were kayaks to use and a fire pit as well as fresh eggs for purchase. Rich and Mary were very friendly and accommodating hosts. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful, quiet, and cozy getaway.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin. The woods and creek and meadows of wildflowers on the property were so beautiful and relaxing.The cabin was very clean, spotless and had everything you could need. The washer and dryer were excellent as well as the kitchen was very well equipped. Great location for getting around in Shenandoah.The hosts, Mary and Rich, could not have been more kind or accommodating.
