Riverfront🏕A-Frame/HOT TUB/Fire Pit! FAST Wifi

Enjoy the beautiful country scenery on the drive down to this A-frame cabin. As you get near, you approach a small bridge that crosses the river, followed by a few minutes of gravel road. The A-frame is located on a nice park-like 1 acre lot right on the river!

The space:


As you come in you will see one bedroom to the left with 1 king bed on main floor and bathroom to the right. You enter an open space area with cathedral ceiling where you'll see a fully equipped kitchen a large sectional/living room area and dining area. Large windows allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Upstairs you will find a 1 queen bed.
Large Deck outside is great for entertaining, while the large yard is great for games!

Other things to note:

By accepting your reservation, you accept to use hot tub at your own risk. Please follow posted rules.

Use phone GPS for directions. Use main roads I-81 to Route 11 to Zion Church Rd

Use sandals or water shoes. It is hard to walk on the pebbles in the river without it.

Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed, please include in your reservation when booking.
No Pets Allowed on furniture. Pet must be on tick/flea prevention medication.

Caution with children due to stairs, sharp knives/kitchen appliances and no crib available.

Enjoy the river at your own risk. Children/pets should not be left unattended.

We spray the house regularly for bugs, however, there are certain bugs common in the area. Please do not leave windows or doors open, specially at night. Thank you.

The place was wonderful, peaceful and just as listed. Only downside was the ants in the kitchen all over my granola bars and I was unable to use the grill. But would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our family enjoyed the quiet. The river was low but beautiful as always. There was very little traffic in the area which was wonderful! Everything we needed within 30mins was great!

Great easy stay

Everything was very clean, in order, the hot tub was easy to use, and everything matched the description. It was a great experience overall. Great location, good quality of appliances and very convenient for hiking, visiting a couple of towns nearby, and overall having a great relaxing time, The only minor thing to note is the slight smell of sulfur in the tap water, but we were told beforehand (so, not an issue).

Great stay

Our family LOVED our stay! The house was clean, newly updated and exactly as listed. The location was great with the river right out back for the kids and dog (but just far enough away we weren’t worried for immediate safety issues). The hot tub was a wonderfully delight after a days of hiking and exploring the area. The kids (and parents) gave this place a five star review and will be at the top of our list for a return visit when we need to get away and recharge. Thank you!

Just Perfect!

We travel quite a bit and this place was definitely a 5 star. Exceptionally clean, a kitchen with more appliances than many would have at home (even a coffee maker that you could use k-cups or regular ground - - both were provided). Not only tastefully decorated but so very comfortable. The bed, pillows and sheets were beyond what we have experienced in other VBRO properties as well as many high-end hotels.

Beautiful location

The house is really cozy. The hot tub and the barbecue grill work perfectly. My family loved having access to the large front yard which is well-maintained in addition to exploring the riverbanks.. outdoor deck is indeed of repair. The second floor bedroom loft was very comfortable, but be aware of a steep staircase. The bathroom on the main floor was nicely renovated. the kitchen had everything you need except a dishwasher… the reason why I give three stars for the location is the bridge leading to the homesite... there’s only one way to access the homesite in the bridge is a single lane cement slab that is barely higher than the surface of the water, and it is prone to flood and become unpassable several times per year. I think a general warning about that bridge should be part of this homes advertisement…

The WiFi was good. The hot tub was awesome, although we only used it once. The che k in process was easy, and the host Roberto did everything he could to help with any minor problems we encountered. We saw some deer, and our dog loved the enclosured deck, and be able to run around in the fallen leaves.

Cute cabin, beautiful setting

The cabin was small but cute and very well equipped. The setting was stunning. A shaded grassy yard leads to the river, which was beautiful and had a view of the mountains. The river was swift but very shallow. Not deep enough to kayak or canoe but perfect for a beach chair with your feet in the water. Watch the weather because there’s a very low and narrow bridge you have to cross to get in/out of the area. It was flooded when we left but we got out just in time. Again, gorgeous setting—absolutely beautiful.

Amazing spot!

We have been coming to the river for years and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed at! The hot tub was super clean and the spot on the river is so nice! You can sit on the rocks and relax!
