Very nice property in the trees a few minutes outside town ( too far to walk.). The house was very clean. Living spaces nicely decorated and comfortable as advertised. Bonus for EV charger and good wifi. Kitchen is not full stocked but close enough. One odd thing was the advertised sauna is a tiny little closet inside a bathroom/ barely big enough for one person. It wasn’t worth using. Otherwise we had a very nice girls weekend in Nevada City!

We stayed here for a few nights in Nevada City and overall had a good experience. The house was clean, though I'd note it's definitely older than it appears in the listing photos. Nothing was a dealbreaker, but go in expecting a place with some age and character rather than a modern remodel.The hospitality was great - extremely easy check in and a late checkout was great for our big group. Check out instructions were simple and straightforward too. We didn't end up cooking, but the kitchen looked well-stocked with appliances, dishes, and everything you'd need to prepare meals. The sauna also went unused during our trip, so I can't speak to its condition.The air conditioning worked great, which was a huge plus since it was extremely hot during our visit. We were able to keep the house cool and comfortable the whole time. The beds were comfy and the towels were nice, so we slept well and had everything we needed after long days out.Overall, a clean, comfortable base for exploring Nevada City, with a big group too!

The host was communicative from the time I booked my stay to timely responses during my stay. The home is beautiful, and the location is ideal - just far enough from town but close enough for a quick jaunt to grab a coffee. The views from the living room's full-length windows are breathtaking; the pictures do not do it justice. The home's fully stocked amenities make your time away from home seamless.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything had a personal touch and was welcoming and clean. The area was peaceful and the view is beautifully surrounded by trees. The house slept 8 of us comfortably. 3 bathrooms made getting ready easy and the washer and dryer was a great extra touch. AC worked great and there were throw blankets available. The kitchen was stocked with nice extras like coffee, tea, waters, and cereal/oatmeal. There were a lot of games to play and a full game room downstairs. The house is everything you see in the pictures. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience. When we got there, it was beautifully set up in a bottle of wine put out for us to celebrate my friend’s birthday. There was a moment I reached out to the host and she was extremely fast on getting back to us. We all agreed we would definitely come back here again and stay in her beautiful home.

Perfect Stay!!

Six of us stayed here for a wedding and it was perfect! It was clean and exactly like the pictures. It was close to downtown but still secluded in the woods. The host was super responsive and very nice. I’d stay here again for sure!!

Perfect home for our family trip
