Die seniorenfreundliche Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen hat einen separaten Eingangsbereich in der Doppelhaushälfte und ein abgeschlossenens, nicht einsehbares Gartengrundstück mit viel Platz zum Relaxen und Grillen. Auf der eigenen Terrasse des Ferienhauses können Sie den Sommer genießen. Ein Parkplatz für 2 PKWs befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Der Wasser-, Gas-, Stromverbrauch wird bei Abreise ermittelt und abgerechnet. Bei einem durchschnittlichen Verbrauch sind mit ca. EUR 3,00 pro Person/Tag zu rechnen. plus Kurtaxe
