Bedroom 2: KING bed and Smart TV with cable (shares a full tub/shower bathroom with the loft area).

Bedroom 3: Twin Bunks, perfect for kids, featuring their own Smart TV.

Entertainment Loft: A family-friendly game room complete with board games, books, and activities for guests of all ages.

Important Guest Information & House Rules:

Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles allowed, parked side-by-side in the driveway.

Oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed per HOA regulations.

Neighborhood Etiquette: Respect quiet hours out of consideration for full-time residential neighbors.

Trash Policy: Guests must carry back and properly dispose of all trash from the pool and beach areas.

Check-In Requirements: Signed rental agreement and security deposit hold are required prior to receiving check-in instructions. Travel insurance is recommended.

Additional Services & Extras Available

Early Check-In (2:00 PM): $50 (subject to availability and advance notice).

Late Check-Out (1:00 PM): $50 (subject to availability and advance notice).

Included Starter Essentials: Basic supplies provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets).
