Beach-Front Condo, Comfortable Recliners, XL Balcony, Free Beach Chairs!

Welcome to Ocean Reef 2103! Our condo offers beach and gulf views, comfortable furnishings, tile floors, and oversized balcony that overlooks the breathtaking sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

Two FREE beach chaise loungers and umbrella are included seasonally from March 1st to October 31st. Enjoy the convenience of the beach in comfort without having to carry beach chairs from and to the condo.

It's all about location and the outdoor balcony. Spend your balcony time sunning or napping on the chaise loungers, enjoying outdoor meals with spectacular views and sounds of the waves crashing ashore, or sitting and sipping your morning coffee with some of best beach views available.

The living room includes balcony access, gulf views, wall mounted television, sleeper sofa, and two comfortable recliners for naps, watching tv, reading books, etc. Rest in comfort, relax, and let the stress melt away!

The kitchen and dining room offer stainless appliances, breakfast bar with three bar stools, and dining table that seats four. You have everything you need to prepare meals and serve your family and guests!

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, gulf views, and private access to your master bathroom with walk0-in shower. The guest bedroom is large and spacious and includes queen bed and dedicated access to the guest bathroom.

Ocean Reef is in a fabulous location with restaurants, mini-golf, go cart track, gift shops, donut shop, and grill with arcade all within walking distance.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative thing I have to say is about the parking spot for this unit. It is between two concrete walls and was almost impossible to get our SUV into. Luckily another owner offered to swap spots with us for the week and this made things much easier. Overall a great stay and wouldn’t definitely recommend.

Our stay was off-season. We found the condo to be clean with comfortable furniture and best of all the large balcony directly on the Gulf with beautiful sunsets. The building amenities were well maintained and we enjoyed lots of walks on the beach and in the neighborhoods.

Great weekend!

Nice place. Clean. Great location. Only real issue was that the parking spot is very tiny. I’m glad I brought my smaller car because there is no way my pickup would have fit. The property is well taken care of and clean with awesome views of the gulf!

The furnishings are lovely. The beds are comfortable. The linens are soft! The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with baking and cooking pots and pans. It is well-maintained, it’s spotlessly clean, the location of the condo complex is right in the middle of everything. The view of the beach and Gulf from the balcony is like no other! The pool is beautiful , well taken care of and has plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. We highly recommend this unit! We will be back again soon!

Darn you Mother Nature!

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was comfortable clean and a great location! We ended up leaving early because Mother Nature had other plans! Since we couldn’t sit on the beach and most outdoor activities couldn’t be done due to inclement weather we decided we would certainly be happy to rent this again closer to summer months and hopes that will allow us to sit on that beautiful beach

Peaceful and relaxing vacation!

We absolutely love OR2103. This was our second stay and thoroughly enjoy this comfortable and cozy unit. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and kitchen gadgets as we prepared all of our meals. The balcony was extremely comfortable and equipped well with table, 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, and 2 chaise loungers. We enjoyed all of our meals on the balcony overlooking the Gulf and enjoying the sunsets. We had a cabinet door that came off the hinge and a clogged drain, but the property management was quick to the rescue. Thank you Riley and Adam....you were AWESOME!!! Looking forward to our next trip!

beautiful view, needs tender loving care

the parking spot was difficult to get into. There were a few things broken, including the master curtain and screen door. The locks were not usable on the patio doors, however this high up, who is coming in? I called about the screen door and curtain and was told someone would come over the next day, but no one did. The view is amazing and patio furniture was very comfy. Wifi was down most of our stay. The road out front would fill up, which made getting around very difficult and slow. One of the three elevators was down our whole stay.

First of all, the views were breathtaking, felt like you could see miles up and down the beach in both directions. The balcony is enormous. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the umbrella/chair service on the beach. The grounds were very clean, pool was a little on the small side but we spent the majority of our time in the ocean. Another thing I loved about this location was that we walked everywhere. Right outside the door was mini-golf, go-karts, a very fun arcade (with a cafe that had great cheap food) and just a couple of blocks down from that there was a small grocery shop, other restaurants and a Starbucks. Will definitely be going back!

Perfect Weekend

Perfect weekend weather, perfect condo. This condo was in a great location as we were able to walk to some really good restaurants. The condo itself was comfy and clean. The main king size bed was very plush and had direct access to the extra large balcony. No need to go the sandy beach as the 2 lounge chairs were great. It also had a dining table which we took advantage of for our coffee and breakfast while listening to the waves. Security was always around and the building was well maintained. Hope to come back!

Great Condo

We were looking for a getaway with the in laws and this was the perfect spot. I chose this location primarily because the unit had 2 recliner chairs and a big balcony. The view was spectacular. Being on the 21st floor definitely has its advantages. We saw many wildlife in the ocean so don’t forget your binoculars! The elevators were fast hardly any wait. The unit itself was clean, updated, and stocked with kitchen supplies. The owners are quick to respond to any questions. Very accommodating. This is one of our favorites. We will be returning!
