We didn’t even get to stay at the goddamn property we had to rent something else. This company sucks

We’ll never stay or use verbal again contacted you after the homeowner backed out when we pulled into the driveway you guys didn’t put us in anything we had to struggle advance work for me my husband hour for adult kids and 10 grand children. Thank you for letting us down worst company ever will never use you again I recommend you to anyone.

The potential guests did not stay at the property. Although the property was supposed to be hidden as it was unrentable due to hurricane damage this information did not show up for this family. Their money was refunded promptly. A family member threatened us and sent harassing text messages which was unwarranted as their was no malicious intent. The property was damaged by the hurricane and in the process of repairs. We understand that this was a huge disappointment but if they responded this way when they were informed about the reason for declining the rental I wonder how they would have treated the property.
