A Spacious Hawaiian Retreat
This immaculate and modern Hawaiian-style townhome offers a unique design with a separate dining room and living room, providing plenty of space to entertain or relax. Enjoy the constant island breeze flowing through the unit, complemented by a private lanai—perfect for family gatherings or a serene retreat.
With 3 bedrooms (including a spacious loft), 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include:
1 King bed in the master bedroom
1 Queen bed in the guest bedroom
3 Single beds in the third-floor loft
1 Sleeper sofa in the living room

We had a dream vacation at Turtle Bay

Helena's condo was perfect for our family of four. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, convenient to the pool and the property walking paths. Delicious iced coffee every day at Lei Lei's, sunsets at the Pill Box. Easy drive to the food trucks at Kahuku and the west beaches. Plus, we caught the Eddie Surf Comp 2024!

Great unit!

We've stayed at Kuilima for the last 5 Christmases. This was by far the most upgraded and well-appointed. Communications with the owner were great.

Perfect location!

The condo worked really well for all of us. The location was perfect - beautiful, nice breeze, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, just steps to the pool, and a short drive to other destinations. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better hosts!

We had a wonderful time and the Town house was wonderful. We appreciated the owner prompt answer when we had a question regarding the townhouse. There was a lot to do , golf, snorkeling , sun bathing. :) I would defiantly recommend this property to my friends.

Great Family Rental

We were very pleased with the layout of the property. The upstairs area with 3 single beds was great for our 4,6, and 9 year olds, although I was initially anxious about those funky stairs. Well supplied kitchen, living room furniture that is functional not fussy. Pool access was a plus. Interactions with Helena were great!

Great condo on golf course. Everything was there. We wish turtle bay would heat the pool there our kids froze trying to use it. But overall a good property.

Everything we could have asked for

This condo had what we needed to make our stay beyond great! It was even nicer than on the pictures. The place was nice and roomy, the location was great and the kids loved it there! With the pool right outside the front door, the beach a 10 minutes walk away, outdoor toys and nice hiking trails close by we could not have asked for a better place to stay. With three kids (3,5 y and two 10 month olds) the spacious rooms and all the bathrooms came in handy.

Accommodations very comfortable for our family of six. Very quiet location. Checking in at night could use better lighting for entire complex. Numbers on condos impossible to see once the sun goes down. Bring a flash light.

Country time

Great location to see the country and get out of town. Kuilima great for early morning snorkel. Sunday polo game a fun excursion, tailgating between the mountains and ocean. Foodland down the road for cooking meals in wonderful kitchen. Lots of room in condo for 5 adults and laundry a sweet plus. Very well stocked home, quiet location and a pleasure to stay there. Mahalo.

Home away from home

Lovely property. Condo well kept up. We were able to use this property as home base and explore all the beaches and towns on the north shore. Parking passes were provided for 2 vehicles. Which was great as we had 6 in our group. 3 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms! Fully kitted kitchen, full size washer dryer, all the beach needs provided (towels, chairs, boogie boards etc.)

The kids loved 3 levels of bedrooms. There were 4 bathrooms. Enough room for our family of 8 to find places to sleep. We enjoyed the patio and grass to play on. The view was great. The bay is a long walk, but had plenty of parking nearby, so we drove. The sand is a little rocky, but the bay has room to play at the beach, as well as decent snorkeling in a protected area. Kitchen area is very functional, as are the other spaces. Not a ton of room, but definitely enough for our family toove around. We loved it!

North Shore Comfy Condo

From the initial rental inquiry to check-out, Helena's property did not disappoint. The description and pictures of the property were spot on. Check-in and Check-out were extremely easy and there were absolutely no issues. We never had to bother Helena and she did not bother us. Location was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beauty Oahu has to offer. The only thing worth mentioning is the air conditioning does not keep the place very cool, especially on the first floor and the 2nd floor hallway. The bedrooms were comfortable though and in the grand scheme of things that's all that really mattered. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to both adults only and families.

There is an insect problem. Some type of wood beetle came in the house through holes in the wood frames and roaches were present. The furniture was outdated, stained and old. Upgrades needed.

A bit of parardise

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this condo. Great location, facing the 2nd hole on the Fazio course. Most enjoyable having a coffee on the patio in the mornings watching the golfers. The condo was clean and offered everything that one would need. The grounds of turtle Bay are well maintained and the condo is within easy walk of all the amenities, restaurants, beach, golf, hiking , biking, etc...Excellent communications with Helena. Grocery shopping a relatively short distance. You do need a vehicle to get around. Love this part of Oahu, great beaches, fantastic waves and not as commercialized as around Honolulu. Would highly, highly recommend this condo. Plan to come back but next time for a longer period and play more rounds of golf.

Hawaii Trip

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The layout was great and enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The girls especially loved having their own space in the loft. Yes, the stairs are steep, but I knew the design the owner was going for. The bedrooms were great sizes. The kitchen had everything we needed and it saved us tons of money from eating out all the time. The only item the kitchen needs is a pizza cutter. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. The best part was being so close to Turtle Bay and being able to go to the beach every day. We even saw the local Hawaiian Monk Seal come up on the beach for the afternoon. I can't say enough about the accommodations and location. Yes, you are far from downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, but it was wonderful being on the North Shore and away from the city chaos. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

The townhouse at Turtle Bay was exactly what we hoped for when booking the vacation rental. There was plenty of room for six adults and we made daily use out of the pool and tennis courts. The opportunity to golf at the Fazio course and use the beach at Turtle Bay Resort was also experienced. The location is perfect but would obviously recommend car rental to take in all the North Shore offers. Two things to mention to you Helena is one the bbq should be replaced, pretty bad. The other is the cleaning people probably might be reminded of how dirty and dusty it can get under couches and bathroom sinks. A very small oversight. Other than that thank you again for opening up your house and we would without hesitation rent unit 89 again. Mahalo and Mele Kalikimaka

Turtle Bay townhouse review

Helena, Without sugarcoating our opinion we were very disappointed for the following reasons. Upon arrival the front screen door didn't latch .Once we settled inside we discovered the freezer did not work and the furniture was old and dirty looking. The biggest problem however was the air conditioning. We could not use the entire downstairs because it was so hot and humid. The fan on the third floor with downstairs windows opened as directed did very little to help cool the house after we went out for the day. When we came back to unit we stayed in our bedrooms to keep cool. We also felt that this townhouse was not suitable for three adult couples we were happy there were only two couples. This was probably a very nice unit when new and would have been fine for one family. Sorry for the negative review but we were also very disappointed. Regards Arthur Geberin

Excellent location - great for family

The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private half bath if folks are sharing the loft. While bugs did get in from having the windows open the unit itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

North Shore Adventure

We really enjoyed the resort grounds and the easy access to the beach. The restaurants at the resort were good but limited. The North Shore is a remote area so access to surrounding areas can be tricky with the traffic.

Very pretty and comfortable

It was a relaxing 2 days for our family as we were able to walk along the beaches one morning and spend a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center just15 minutes away. 2 couples were in the bedrooms, my adult nephew was in the upper room with twin beds and I slept on the sofa bed which was fine for 2 nights. We enjoyed the pool right out our door. Very clean and comfortable indoor furniture and a very pleasant spot on the patio for coffee and bird watching. The place will cool down enough with open windows and doors and the AC cooled off the living room for sleeping one night. Nearest grocery stores are 10-15 minutes either direction (though one is in a 'dry' town so no alcohol purchases). Rooms are as pictured on the site.

Both Harald and I grew up in Brazil and have been living in Hawaii since 1991. We love the tropics and the Island lifestyle. We live in east Honolulu on the water, the boys are in the ocean every chance they get. We love going out to the north shore to either surf, hike, or just enjoy the beaches so one day we looked at each other and decided it was time to buy our won place.

Why they chose this property

The Turtle Bay area is very safe, convenient and has everything we need. We looked at many properties and the final decision was Kuilima West unit #89 because the location is amazing. The golf course pond is right in front of our lanai, the ocean is to the right and the sunset is on the horizon. 'one can change the house but not the location'! And that is just what we did; a major remodel adding all the comforts and amenities needed.

What makes this property unique

Our home can be considered a 3 bedroom house because the loft is on the 3rd floor and it is not open to any other room, yet it is big and spacious with its own 1/2 bath. Very private. The views from every room are amazing. Our living room Lanai (terrace) provides the most beautiful sunset with a very relaxing atmosphere.
