Family house (cool in summer) in old stone in Courdemanche of 220m2, with its 12 beds and maximum capacity of 18 beds, its garden of 500m2 enclosed and its proximity to a welcoming and hilly village which has a lot of charm and which deserves a few days. 11kms from the forest of Bercé, 30 minutes from the 24 hours circuit of Le Mans and 5 minutes from the valleys dotted with Jasnière cellars, 1 hour from the castles of the Loire, our peaceful and quiet corner of greenery will charm you.
