The apartment is individually and comfortably equipped and was completely renovated and furnished in 2017 and 2018 respectively. From the hallway with cloakroom you reach on the one hand a spacious, comfortable bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses 100 x 200 cm) and a 5-door wardrobe. On the other hand, you go from the hallway in the spacious combined living room with comfortable couch and TV and the open kitchen with dining area for 4 people. The fitted kitchen has u. a. An oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. An additional room to sleep or relax with 2 separate single beds for the children or just to retreat is available in the adjacent loggia to the living room. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and washbasin / WC. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.

The Gründerzeitvilla Ruthenberg is located in the heart of the seaside resort Heringsdorf in a quiet but central location. On the way to the fine sand beach you pass restaurants and various shops. Also, there is no lack of a baker or butcher in the vicinity to be able to have breakfast every morning. In just a few minutes walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the promenade or the concert shell, where you will be entertained with various events.
