This 92 sqm spacious 3-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and is suitable for max. 5 people and a baby. The spacious living room awaits its guests with a modern sofa set to relax, coffee table and flat screen TV. The dining area with rustic real wood table and the modern kitchenette are also located in the living room. The kitchen offers ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator etc. The large covered southeast-facing balcony overlooking the greenery beckons you for breakfast in the open air and is accessible from the living room. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200) and a wardrobe. For the 5. Person provides an additional Murphy bed in one of the bedrooms the sleeping space. A second facing south and the green roofed balcony is furnished with sun loungers and invites you to relax and read. The modern bathroom with window has a shower and washbasin / WC. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. A travel cot and a high chair are located in the apartment and are ready for use. The apartment has a parking space in the underground car park.

Newly built in 2017, Haus Maxim is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. In the direction Lindenstraße opens up from the hillside the panorama of the Baltic Sea resort. After about 500m you reach the charming promenade, the longest pier in Germany and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues and all the amenities of a beautiful resort can be found within a few minutes walk.

Große Fewo

Große schöne Fewo, ruhige Lage nach hinten raus. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, aber inkonsequent. Entweder ich verfolge das Konzept Naturholz, braun und gemütlich, oder moderne Holzoptik in der offenen Küche mit passenden Schränken in allen Räumen. Beides zusammen war zu viel. Auch leider zu viele Lampen im Wohn/Essbereich. Das hat den Eindruck erweckt, oh hier ist eine über die kommt in die Fewo. Die Boxspringbetten sind super neu und super hart. Also alles in allem, eine schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Fehlern. Kann man aber ruhig buchen und einen schönen Urlaub an der Ostsee verbringen. Der Strand ist nur 5 min. weg.
