Parade Perfect is the ideal location for your next beach getaway. Located at 1101 Butler makes it convenient to walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. Just one block off the beach. Plenty of outdoor space between the decks and screen porch. The Ground floor has a two-car garage, game room, beach gear, and an outside shower. The main level offers two bedrooms one with full-size bed and one with two twin beds. There is a jack and jill bathroom, 2 toilets with a shared shower. The oversized living room is also on the main floor, along with a fully equipped kitchen, screen porch, and deck. The top floor is the oversized master bedroom, luxurious spa-like bathroom, walk-in closet, and sun deck.
