On a remote and quiet area near the town of Roccastrada, the villa is an extraordinary luxury retreat, surrounded by olive grove and forest. Country house "Casa la Selvolina", detached, renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded position, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, sandy beach 50 km, thermal baths "Petriolo" 20 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Montalcino 40 km, Siena 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The outdoor area offers the chance to play or relax in the sun deck area by the private infinity pool. The access road of around 2000 meters is unpaved and not suitable for low/sports cars - as not in good condition.

Erholsamer Urlaub Put

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus La Selbolina war rundum gelungen. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst: Der Pool war hervorragend gepflegt und bot eine perfekte Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Das großzügige Grundstück ist wunderschön gelegen, eingebettet in eine beeindruckende Natur, die für absolute Erholung sorgt. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen – hochwertig, funktional und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Exzellente Ferienunterkunft

Fantastisches Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber, modern, mit allen ausgestattet was man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem überaus nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter sowie eine herzliche Begrüßung. Auch über Ihre Verpflichtungen hinaus, standen sie uns äußerst hilfreich zur Seite. Aufgrund von Problemen mit unserem Auto, mussten wir einige Tage ohne dieses auskommen. Hierbei wurde uns mit vielen Fahrten oder auch Kommunikation zur Werkstatt geholfen. Dafür sind wir heute noch E. und R. dankbar.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr ordentliches und sauberes Ferienhaus. Wir waren Ende Oktober 2024 in dem Haus und es war komplett inkl. Küchenutensilien eingerichtet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel und einen Trockner waren vorhanden. Unsere Kinder konnten in dem Pool baden gehen, allerdings schon sehr kalt und konnten am Bach (direkt am Ferienhaus) spielen. Für uns ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub, da das Haus an einem einsamen Ort steht.

Zauber der Stille

Das Ferienhaus ist, machen wir es kurz, ein Traum. Gelegen mitten im Nichts bietet es alles was man sich wünschen kann. Angefangen mit dem voll klimatisiertem Haus mit bester Ausstattung über den massiven Grill bis hin zu dem wunderschönen Pool. Wir haben gleich nachdem wir zu Hause waren wieder gebucht. Casa la selvolina ist jeden Cent wert.

Modernes, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit allem was man braucht für gelungene Familienferien in der Toskana. Die Jungs konnten im eigenen Wald "herumwildern", den Bach stauen u.v.m. Super Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Unternehmungen (Siena, Thermen in Petriolo, Meer, Grosseto, Wandern, Kastaniensammeln) bzw. paradiesisches Ziel nach erlebnisreichen Ausflügen zum Ausklingen des Tages.

Wundervoller Ort

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Gut ausgestattet, tolle und sehr ruhige Lage und sehr sauber sowie alles sehr gut in Schuss. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und unser Gastgeber Roberto war jederzeit per WhattsApp erreichbar für Fragen und Tips. Der Weg ist auf die letzten 2 Kilometer etwas ne schwerer zu befahren, ist aber gut machbar.

Für uns perfekt!

Wir haben eine heiße, sonnige Juliwoche erwischt. Unsere 3 Kinder (5 bis 16) wollten nicht mehr aus dem Pool raus und die Sitzecke mit schönem Grill am Haus liegt ab Nachmittag im Schatten. Auch die Klimaanlage im Haus war ein Traum. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Das schnelle Internet über Starlink geht auf dem gesamten Grundstück (auch am Pool). Für Sommerurlaub mit Familie ideal, wie ich finde.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges, kühles Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Abgelegen mit kompletter Privatsphäre. R. hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war schnell per WhatsApp erreichbar bei Fragen. Der Pool war das Highlight und wurde wegen der Hitze ausgiebig genutzt. Es gab trotz der Lage mitten in der Natur, wenig bis keine Probleme mit stechenden Insekten. Zufahrt nicht geeignet für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge. Pool für gehbehinderte Menschen etwas schwierig erreichbar.
