On a remote and quiet area near the town of Roccastrada, the villa is an extraordinary luxury retreat, surrounded by olive grove and forest. Country house "Casa la Selvolina", detached, renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded position, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, sandy beach 50 km, thermal baths "Petriolo" 20 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Montalcino 40 km, Siena 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The outdoor area offers the chance to play or relax in the sun deck area by the private infinity pool. The access road of around 2000 meters is unpaved and not suitable for low/sports cars - as not in good condition.

Wundervoller Ort

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Gut ausgestattet, tolle und sehr ruhige Lage und sehr sauber sowie alles sehr gut in Schuss. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und unser Gastgeber Roberto war jederzeit per WhattsApp erreichbar für Fragen und Tips. Der Weg ist auf die letzten 2 Kilometer etwas ne schwerer zu befahren, ist aber gut machbar.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Ruhesuchende

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen mit einer Flasche Wein und Obst. Das Haus ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool im umgebenden Garten (Wald) waren sehr gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist für absolut Ruhesuchende ideal geeignet. Die Anfahrt jedoch ist etwas abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet..

Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Die abgelegene Lage ist genial! Grossartig ist eine neue, moderne Dusche und eine grosse Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Für Ruhesuchende ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Wir gehen wieder ins Casa la Selvolina : ) T. und S.

Lieu magique au calme et dans la nature

Maison très belle et très bien équipée, environnement calme et dans une nature magnifique. Très beau jardin et belle piscine. Nous avons pu observer les animaux dans la forêt depuis la maison. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. Tout a été parfait et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für solche dir Ruhe suchen

Tolle Unterkunft für ruhesuchende. Das Haus war sehr modern mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Umgebung war sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr bemüht und hat einen tollen Früchtekorb und eine Flasche Wein bereitgestellt. Für Ruhesuchende ist das ein Top Destination. Man muss sich einfach im klaren, dass die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen ist.

Paradiesische Lage. Super nette, herzliche Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man sollte allerdings ein robustes Auto haben, da der Weg dorthin wirklich uneben ist.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren perfekt. Es gab bei Ankunft ein Gastgeschen ( 1 Flasche Wein, Obst sowie Milch und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank). Für den Baevequegrill stand uns Holz zur freien Ferfügung. Roberto,der Gastgeber kam am WE um das Pool zu reinigen (extra früh damit er uns nicht stöhrt ). Zudem hat er sich regelmässig erkundigt ob Alles ok ist. WLAN hat super funktioniert. TV mit Netflix. Wir gehen definitiv wieder ins Casa la Selvolina.

Casa bellissima immersa nel verde

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia alla casa la Selvolina. Si trova in mezzo alle colline distante dal paese e da altre proprietà. Relax e silenzio assicurato. Piscina semplicemente fantastica.Il proprietario gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare un gradito omaggio di benvenuto. Gli ultimi km per arrivare sono completamente su strada sterrata e a tratti molto ripida, non adatta a macchine particolarmente basse.

Ruhiges ländliches Italien

Von der letzten Teerstrasse bis zum Haus sind es 2km Schotterstrassen max. 15km/h. Der morgendliche Kaffee in Raccastrada dauert so gut und gern mind. 1h (20min Schotter 2x). Der Ort war ruhig und wir fühlten uns absolut sicher. Wer grosse Unterhaltung sucht, der wird hier endtäuscht, wer 2 Mal einkaufen will im sehr nahe liegenden XXX (super feine Aufschnitt-Theke) sich mit ein wenig italienisch durchschlagen mag und nachher vor allem Ruhe sucht, der ist hier genau richtig!

Dieses Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand und sehr sauber gehalten. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Einzig der Anfahrtsweg ist nicht gut ausgeschildert. Es fehlt ein Schild an der Hauptstrasse. Die Wegbeschreibung auf den Reiseunterlagen waren nicht sehr klar formuliert.

Schöne Oktoberwoche in Roccastrada verbracht

Schönes und gepflegtes Häuschen abseits mit tollem Pool. XXX, der Gastgeber, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe für seine Gäste. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
