We offer a well appointed separate living quarters for our guest with that up north vibe. (( we only will be offering the apartment as a month to month basis or longer terms ..at a fixed lower rate .Boat turtle River between big and little Turtle lakes just north of Bemidji mn and have water access to bothTurtle lakes and movil lake,our area offers several various year round outdoor activities many with in 15 minutes away. And the famous ITASCA state park with in 40 mins drive. summers offer hiking/ biking ATV trails and in the winter months like sledding, cross country skiing, snow shoeing on the county /state trails ,plus we have within 2 miles downhill slopes to check out on the the weekends)-still with lots of snow as of mid March.
in the spring and summer bring your boat or kayaks go from the property here or land the boat at the public boat landing on big turtle lake, a mid size boat can dock at our personal dock on the River.
we offer a fire ring pit and some wood to use while here. Our apartment dose have a washer & dryer and also a air conditioner in the main living area.

Great spot for a north country stay. Big yard for hanging out and parking rigs with boats. Convenient location close to all sorts of fishing hot spots..

Great Stay.

So very clean!! Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Kitchen very well stocked. Everything worked and had good Wi-Fi and tv connections. Felt good to be a little ways out of the city but not too far to run to Walmart. We saw the awesome super moon but no northern lights. Oh well, I would stay here over and over again. Thanks Dan for quick, great communication.

It’s different when not being in the city and having a yard full of wildlife and water access on the the river to the turtle chain of lakes from the property and close by walking/ski / biking trails to use is a big plus for our guests
