I like to respond to help readers have a more acurate review of the house. This is the first time our little Wood St has been called busy...it is a typical neigboorhood street. The home built in the 60s has a new kitchen, all new appliances including washer/dryer. New AC, flooring, windows, fans and light fixtures, roof, plumbing, electric and of course furnishings, smart TV, linens and fully stocked kitchen. Only thing that is original is the cute vintage bathroom. Everything works great and it is charming.

Wonderful stay in Sarasota!

Really enjoyed our stay. Maureen was very accommodating and her place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Having the bikes was an added bonus.

Photos match what you see in person! Cute little house close to downtown Sarasota that was clean and had all the essentials. The hosts were great and I'd stay again next time I'm in the area. Would recommend!

Great Stay in Sarasota

Great house; very clean; close to everything. House is very well stocked with anything you may need from beach stuff to laundry to games. Maureen was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was lovely. It was very clean close to everything. Only drawback is I would prefer a queen bed. It’s kind of tight in a TV in the bedroom and there was no gas in the gas grill. Other than that it was perfect

Convenient location - cute and clean!

The house is very convenient to downtown, Siesta & Lido keys. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the lanai is perfect for morning coffee and a quick bite before heading to the beach. Has everything you need for a short and comfortable stay - kitchen amenities, comfortable beds. The rental was exactly as pictured and EXTREMELY clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location , very comfortable house

Loved our stay ! So close to downtown , in a great neighborhood . Very clean house, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and cute little screened in porch to enjoy coffee in the morning . Huge yard with camp fire area. Great communication with host. We will be back in the fall !

Great neighborhood, great owner

Wonderful weekend in Sarasota celebrating granddaughter's 2nd bday. The house was super cute and in a great location. Nice backyard! Perfect place to hang out with the family but close to everything we wanted to do in Sarasota. Maureen was awesome to work with and check in was very easy!
