Welcome to our home conveniently located in the heart of Fish town, only a short 10 min drive to City Hall
and walking distance to a number of local bars, restaurants, grocery stores and Subway.
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2,5 bath space which can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and 2 children( pack and play available at request).
Our smart home offers a full outdoor kitchen grill/ siting area, Hot tub & gym.

Our premises strictly prohibit parties, events, and smoking. Any disregard of this policy will result in a $1000 fee.

We cannot host any pets due to our sons severe allergy- no exceptions can be made-apologies for the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful family trip at this modern home. The house was just as described and even better in person. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away.The location was also great, close to local restaurants, yet quiet enough for a restful stay.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem in Philly!

We loved staying at this house! It's huge, great location, has everything you could want for a weekend getaway (included a hot tub and a pretty well-equipped gym), and lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place, exactly as advertised

Not even a hint of a complaint about this place. Katerina was a perfect host, and the house is impossible to beat. Great location, quiet but blocks from Fishtown, walkable to more great restaurants than we had time for. The hot tub was immaculate and perfect for chilly winter days/nights. If you are gathering as friends or family you won't find a better spot in Philly.

This place was the best we have ever stayed. Clean, beautiful, and had the best accommodations. Don’t hesitate on booking this place. Beautiful space!

Katerina's home is so lovely and relaxing! We wish we had more time there. Our group really enjoyed the hot tub, the pizza oven, and the spa-style bathrooms. The house had everything we could need, and the bed were so comfortable. Very easy to find street parking during the day - more difficult at night. The neighborhood is residential, but it's a short walk to everything on Frankford.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

This property was so beautiful and perfect for a small friend get together. We had a nice backyard and access to their hot tub. We didn’t bring our kids but they would have had all the necessary things for a 4 and 2 year old. The home is gorgeous and the space is beautifully decorated. Katerina was always quick to get back to me for everything we needed

Amazing Property

This house was even better than imagined! Great location, really close to the street with all the bars and shops. House itself was spotless and very nicely designed. Loved how each bedroom was unique and very cozy. Gorgeous bathrooms too, but the best part was the backyard with grill and the hot tub. We felt like in the fancy hotel! Gym was a nice surprise, didn't except to be so well equipped. It would be great for a larger family or group too, living room is very spacious and has a missive TV :) All in all great place, highly recommended!

Sweet Philly Getaway

We had such a fantastic time on our family weekend getaway here. The place is stunning. It looks and feels like a resort and spa retreat. The decor is so beautiful and everything is so clean and well maintained. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. From towels and robes to utensils and activities (hot tub, games, etc.) we were never left wanting. Katerina was such a responsive and sweet host. We all enjoyed our time here thoroughly and my three year old son informed me he wanted to stay there. Greatly recommend staying here! P.S. the food around this area is sooo good. We ordered takeout and had the best bagel sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks ever.
