Five bedrooms AND five bathrooms - a rare and wonderful find. Also, plenty of room to gather. On street parking was easy. Recommended.

Location was perfect. Very easy access to many things. Nice to have a kitchenette and living room room or many of the family members could converse and spend time together. Host was very responsive when I reached out on a couple items.

The place was updated and clean. Seven from our family stayed for a basketball tournament at The Palestra - easy to walk back and forth from the arena. Two kitchens made it easy to make food for Thanksgiving.

Family reunion

We had a great time staying within 10 uber of all things Philly. We reunited with family at the house. Ordered food in, went out, played games and slept well. This home checked all the boxes for our purpose of visiting. Great times for a big group! We will rent again here if it’s available.

Son had his first home football game at Penn. We wanted to stay close so we chose this house. Loveded it. Large spacious clean great location. We will be back. 🏈

Work Trip

The property is in great condition. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Lin was great at responding to questions. Even though there isn't assigned parking we were always able to park right outside the property even when returning late at night.

There are 5 bedrooms and bathrooms but they are in two separate houses. NO adjoining door. You have to go out front doors to get to nextdoor. Patio and deck both need some major work. Have to uber to anything in city like City Hall, Rittenhouse Square, Liberty bell. Definitely not walking distance. House was very clean and nice inside and hosts readily responded to questions

Beautiful spaces

This is an order home that has been updated. There are 2 units with the bigger one being upstairs. If you have mobility issues, be warned. The steps are steep. My family wouldn't let me try to climb them so my husband and i stayed in the downstairs unit. Bith units are lovely, with modern kitchens, but unit 1 is much smaller. We had a great time in Philly and were comfortable in this home.

We were five 70 year old women, friends from High School over 50 years ago. We travel someplace different each year and this year we choose Philadelphia. We travel from all over and meet together for a fun weekend with friends. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with but I wish that we had known that this is 2 separate units with some very steep stairs to the 3rd floor two bedrooms that only 2 women in the group could or wanted to climb the stairs. The outside areas need some work as they were unusable with weeds and moss growing. We felt it was unsafe to use. We used Uber to get around and that was easy. Grocery store was not nearby so we took an Uber and an Empty suitcase to the grocery store.
