My family and I loved this home. It was the perfect size for our time in Tampa. The home was very clean, plenty of towels, a few games to play, TVs in every room, and plenty of resourceful items to accommodate our stay. Only issues we had was the check-in process as the door code didn’t work and access to the garage. It would have been nice to park our rental in there to keep from the extreme heat and rainy days. None of these issues were a deal breaker. We very much enjoyed ourselves and would CERTAINLY book this home again.

I had a small work crew and myself at the home for a local job we had for the Florida DOT. The home looked really nice, especially since it had a private pool, to use after a long day of work. For the most part it was as advertised. The home is a rental and some updating and cleanliness are a constant challenge. Pros: I loved the pool, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and well equipped, and the house was spacious. Cons: the water pressure in the master bath was awful, there was no plugs in the master bath to plug in anything, and the patio around the pool was cracked and in need of patching. Despite some imperfections I would stay here again.

Found Bed bugs the first night!!The house was lovely and it had nice hospitable touches. We found bed bugs in the twin bed room in two places. and in the owner suite bathroom. We sent video and pictures to the host and they sent a pest control guy out two days later. In the meantime we were not comfortable using it. We washed the linens in hope that we could, but my guests were not comfortable. I bought pillows, linen and an air mattress to accommodate them the best I could. I asked the host for a partial refund since we lost the use of a room and I was told due to the fact that the tech didn’t see any bed bugs, she could not approve it, end of discussion and she proceeded to ignore me. I am highly disappointed in how this was handled as I was pleased with the house. I have to assume they did not treat the house so beware.

We take any report of bed bugs extremely seriously and would like to clarify several statements in this review for future guests. When this concern was reported, we promptly arranged for a professional pest control company to inspect the property. At the time of that inspection, the technician reported finding no evidence of bed bugs. We remained in communication with the guest throughout the situation and did not ignore her. The guest chose to remain at the property for the entire duration of the reservation and did not request a refund until checkout. Because the professional inspection performed found no evidence of bed bugs and the reservation had been completed in full, the refund request was declined. The statement that the home was not treated is also incorrect. After this reservation ended, we had the property professionally treated and even canceled the following reservation to ensure the issue was fully addressed before welcoming additional guests. We understand how concerning a report like this can be, which is why we took it seriously at every step. We responded to the guest, brought in a pest control professional, followed professional recommendations, treated the property, and canceled a subsequent reservation rather than risk another guest’s stay. We stand behind the actions we took and our commitment to maintaining a clean and properly cared-for home.

Overall, a great stay and I can't see how anyone wouldn't be happy with this property. The property manager was responsive and helpful...there was constant communication leading up to our arrival. The booking was very professionally handled through a property management company.The house is great...the photos and description are pretty accurate. It's not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. The house is in a nice quiet subdivision with lots of retail and restaurants nearby within a few minutes away.Our trip was a Spring Training trip with the "fellas", and the house was an easy 20–25-minute drive to the Yankees ballpark and downtown Tampa (Yankees & Bolts).Overall, a winner! Just read the description and view the photos.... there really aren't any surprises.

Great home away from home.

Very nice home with lots of space and amenities(pool). The kitchen was well stocked with unused items from previous renters. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

Golf getaway

We had a fun stay. The house was perfect for our group of seven golfers. It was clean and we really liked the outdoor area with pool and relaxing sitting area that included a small bar. There was plenty of room for all of us. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would consider this property again in the future.

Family reunion

We had a two day get together. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious kitchen and very nice gathering areas in the living room and den. The pool looked great and was warm enough to swim. Would highly recommend for 3 couples with or without children.

Family Friendly

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and family friendly. The host is super friendly and willing to assist in any way she can to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Great family home in quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for my wife and I and our son’s family. We had a total of 8 people and this was just what we needed. The home was very clean and had everything you would ever need, including equipment for our beach trip including coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs sand toys and beach. Jessie the owner was even able to allow us an early check in. Great house, great weather, great vacation
