About this property

Beach Villages, 3 Bedrooms, Just Renovated

This renovated unit is close to the Beach with, golf Course, pools, located in Palmas del Mar. Walking distance to hotel, beach, and Pool.
Unit has also a private office if you need to spend time connected to your daily work.

Palmas is a very friendly community with tennis courts, golf, many restaurants, schools, and Church.

This entire open concept condo with one King bed, two full beds and two twin beds is just across the Palmas del Mar Hotel, with a very close beach and an excellent view of the golf nr 4 hole.

The Twin beds are located in a very fancy mezzanine, and an excellent office space is located on the second mezzanine. .

The apartment has one parking assigned. If additional parking is needed, paid parking could be used on the Hotel Premises ($15 daily cost).

I'll be available even the self check-in is very simple and the instructions are clear.

Palmas del Mar

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. The only tricky part is that the loft and 2nd bedroom share a space so there is no privacy for those two rooms. The resort is beautiful and we felt extremely safe. It was also nice to have restaurants and a market on site when you didn't feel like going out.

All We Needed

We had a wonderful stay! We've vacationed at Palmas many times over the past 30 years and love the Beach Villas because of their proximity to all we love - the beach, the tennis courts, the Plaza. This renovated villa met our expectations, especially in meeting my top priorities: cleanliness, no bugs, and safety. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. Everything we needed was there for the taking. Thank you! Morning coffee overlooking the golf course or walking the beach was heavenly! Having a responsive and kind host like Evelyn made for a wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Would definitely book this rental again

The property was nicely updated. We stayed with just our family of four and it was perfect for our small family. I can see how multi-family or families with older kids might feel it doesnt provide as much privacy as listed with the third bedroom just being an open air loft but for us it worked out fine. Host was very helpful at check in and we had pretty much everything we needed. Just FYI there is no oven, only a stovetop (which was also fine for us). Super short walk to pool + beach so it was easy to go back and forth if needed throughout the day.

Newly Renovated

A work in progress. Still needs finishing touches but overall a nice place in a great location. It's really a 2 bedroom with a loft which does not offer any privacy. There is no oven and the washer/dryer combo takes forever. The property manager was very responsive.

Loved Beach Village!

First let me start off by saying don’t shy away from this rental due to limited reviews. I honestly was a little hesitant at first being there were not a lot of reviews but I did read it was a recent Reno and I trusted my instinct. We were very fortunate to get into the unit earlier in the day than expected which was a huge bonus since we flew in early morning. This unit is literally a 1 minute walk to the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very modern and clean. I am very hard to please and very particular and trust me I was not disappointed. The kitchen did not have an oven however it did have a toaster/confection oven and a stove top. It also was equipped with a microwave and full size fridge. Although there was no dining table there is an island that seats 4 and the sofa close by with a coffee table that pops up to comfortably eat on. Outside on deck was a grill and 2 balconies with outside seating. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were updated. One key point is they DO provide beach towels, chairs and cooler, which the listing did not state. We were super happy about that since it lightened our luggage. Lastly the most pleasant part of the stay was how wonderful our host Evelyn was. She was extremely prompt in answering any questions I had and gave great recommendations when needed. She was such a pleasure to deal with that I will be holding onto her number for future stays. It’s not often you get a host that is not just strictly business.
