Very much as advertised. This is an incredible property for family gatherings, UVA events, etc. very well located for walking to Charlottesville’s downtown mall. Only has on-street parking, but we had no problems with our two cars. Thank you Becca and Elliott.

Fabulous House

The house is absolutely beautiful and communicating with the hosts was easy. Our 3 generation family felt right at home at the Belmont Farmhouse and we will definitely return!

The house is beautiful! Everything is very organized and very clean. The playroom and yard are wonderful for kids. The home also had fun family games. The eight year old was easily entertained. The neighborhood was walkable.

Family Gathering for UVA Event

This property is perfect for large families/multi families. We travelled to Charlottesville to attend a PhD dissertation defense. After over 6 hours of driving each family enjoyed the comforts of the front porch and rear play yard all completely fenced in for the little ones. The home inside is amazing as it is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty table space for a large group. The bedrooms are all a good size. The property is walking distance to a lot of restaurants even with little children. The house is a standout in the crowded neighborhood. There is parking in front of house for 3 cars. The host, Becca, is very responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the property. It was a beautiful house and fit our whole extended family comfortably, even in the kitchen! It was so centrally located, it was easy to get around. The host Becca was so wonderful - when we lost a precious item with only a hope that we lost it at the house and not somewhere else in our travels - Becca and family went really above and beyond helping us find it and ship it back to us (they literally used a metal detector to find it in the backyard). Can't recommend this property enough.
