The upper level: boasts two master suites, one with its own private, waterfront patio. A comfortable living area with cozy, large sectional & 75’ TV, sweet sitting area (perfect for morning coffee) & formal dining room all conveniently surround the fully stocked kitchen. This level offers access to the lovely back deck as well as the large “sun room”, the perfect spot for dining and activities for larger groups!

The lower level: holds 4 bedrooms. The one master as well as 2 other queen bedrooms have gorgeous lake views! There is also a fun, animal themed bunk room on this level that is perfect for kids. Down here you will also find a cozy living area with TV, an adult game room (with a pool table & foosball) as well as a stocked playroom for kids (arts & crafts, puzzles, books, blocks etc).

The backyard: Sprawling waterfront property offering ample lawn space, a large 7 person hot tub, fire pit & playground (swing set, 2 slides, rock climbing wall). Multiple swimming docks, ideal for sunbathing, and most importantly, a perfectly safe, no wake area for swimming! There is also a fenced in area for pets (that you can access from the main level of the home).o

Spacious property and serene location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very large and there is plenty of space outside as well. The views as soon as you walk in are incredible and there is so much to do with games, large hot tub, and dock all available. We had a minor thermostat battery issue on the day we arrived but the host was so quick to respond and provide instructions that we were able to get that resolved right away. We had the most relaxing time and my family couldn't stop gushing about both the house and location. Everything was very clean and the hosts provided all the amenities we would ever need including coffee, plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils, and bath essentials like body wash/shampoo etc. I appreciate all the thought that went into all the details for this property and I'm already planning our next trip :)

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We rented this place on the lake for a “backyard wedding” and limited our guest list to 50 adults. The house was perfect for us as it hosted my out of state family, my out of state friends, and my fiance and I. The dock and view was beautiful and everything was in perfect order. I loved that the hosts added a little gift basket to celebrate our wedding weekend which made it even more special for us. My friends all loved the place and we are making plans now to go all in on doing a vacation during the summer to enjoy the lake! We will definitely be returning!

Many memorable "firsts"

This lakeside home was beautiful, well appointed, and spacious inside and out! Besides that, it offered many "first" opportunities for our family of 13 helping to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Many enjoyed their first try at fishing, paddle boarding, swinging from a tree, creating smores around the fire pit, or spying an eagle in the wild! For most of us, it was our first time visiting Lake Anna and we couldn't have asked for a better first impression with the house and location. We entered the home to a nearly infinite window view of the lake and dock just a short walk directly out the multiple back doors and decks. The colorful Fall foilage reflecting on the water was an added bonus as was the perfect weather. The convenience of a large fenced area worked well for our dog and we found plenty of entertainment with all the lakeside activity, billiard and foosball tables. Mini-golf, arcade, restaurants, ice cream shop, and grocery were within a 10 min drive. For our grandson, on seeing the dock house of well equipped lake "toys," exclaimed "this is the coolest place ever!"

Family Vacation

Our family of nineteen spent five glorious days at Lake Anna in this beautiful location. Everyone enjoyed the spacious home and accommodations, the well equipped boat house and covered dock, the decks overlooking the lake, the sunsets on the lake, and the privacy of the area. WiFi in the house allowed everyone to be there, even if they had to work their job a few to several hours a day. The owner communicated with us to make sure we were satisfied. S'mores at the fire pit were a perfect ending to a day. Parting words were.. "Grandma and Grandpa, this was the best vacation ever!"
