Come visit this gorgeous 7 bedroom, 6 bath waterfront home in the premier community of Noah’s Landing on the Private side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the exquisite views from every bedroom. Relax in the spacious 2-story great room with lots of seating and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen easily accommodates large groups with two sinks, two ovens, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two refrigerators. Other highlights include the walk-in pantry and a total of 80 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer space (3+ refrigerators/freezers!). There is a breakfast bar for added seating as well as an octagon shaped breakfast nook with a panoramic view. For your outdoor enjoyment we have a private beach (natural sand in the water & gentle slope), covered pier with a third screened in porch (two on the house) & huge sun decks, large gas grill, swing set, tetherball, floating "Otter Island" swim raft, foosball, ping pong, and half-court basketball area.
Each of the three master bedrooms has a sleep number king-sized bed, private bath, and HDTV. There are three entertainment centers with 1080p HD screens up to 65” including Smart TVs, all include surround sound. In addition to the exercise room and great room there are two other indoor recreational areas. The upstairs game room includes 24" HDTVs with ATARI style multi-game controllers, an air-hockey table, board games, books, and Legos. The lower level game room is perfect for the adults with a wet bar, fireplace, pool table, large HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a large poker/game table.

Weddings/Receptions: We do not cater to weddings or receptions on the property. If you are interested in housing your wedding guests with us, please send an inquiry. We have two houses within .5 miles of each other that can sleep up to 24 people each.

Please note that we do not rent to College students/organizations or anyone under the age of 25.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay here! The owners were very communicative and answered questions when I reached out. The house was well-suited for large groups and children. We had so much fun hanging out by the lake and taking advantage of the waterslide, paddle boards, and other amenities. Would absolutely go back!

Incredible stay at beautiful lake house

Serenity cove was an excellent stay for my large group of friends! The property is stunning and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My group of friends raved about the property and hopes to book a trip back next year!

A wonderful place to stay!

The house was beautiful with everything you could want. The waterslide was endless fun. The kitchen was well equipped with a lot of refrigerator space. The house was very clean when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive when we had a minor issue.

Hard to beat

We loved staying here at Serenity Cove! The property was spacious and had so many amenities! The weather was perfect, the water was so warm, the kids loved the slide. We had fun with all of the game tables and the theater room. There were pros and cons to being on the private part of the lake. Pros: Quiet Safe Secluded Cons: difficult to get boat rental No access to main lake Local boat rentals were a joke Overall, we loved our stay. Some of the things we did not like were the cleanliness and organization of the house. The kitchen was in complete disarray, utensils thrown randomly in whatever drawers or cupboards. There were 3 can openers and none of them worked. We couldn’t find a cheese grater for three days. We happened upon it inside one of the stock pots on our third day. There were no kitchen rags. It did have three ref/frez and plenty of pantry space. The property manager was always quick to respond. Location is very rural, make sure you have everything you need from day one as getting to a grocery store takes a bit out of your day. Because of its location we did miss small town shops but not a deal breaker. Other than that the property was ideal gor our group of 18 ( 3 families) 6 adults and 12 kids. We would consider this property again gor sure. Every year we like choose a new location so we won’t likely be back but you never know. It will be hard to beat finding a property that offers as much as this one.

Good & Bad

We have booked this house for friends reunion. The house is good and spacious. Well furnished and equipped. But, I was NOT happy at all at the booking. Saw this house and all friends agreed on this place and 3 nights for a rate decent rate. but as we want only 2 days since some of us fly back on Sunday morning. And as I am also in vacation rental business, I know a bit more, so my friends wanted to check with the owner if he can change the minimum date from 3 night to 2 night. I asked him, He changed the to minimum 2 nights, BUT HE ALSO CHANGED THE NIGHT PRICE too. ( that is bad business practice) So now 2 nights cost as much as the original 3 nights . I am soooo pissed off however I could not argue with the owner as this is not only me on this trip but whole group of friends . So I nicely asked him to change back to original 3 nights and original price amount. I even told him on this HomeAwy/ VRBO app inbox message that the original price for 3 nights is …. dollar for that specific dates. He did change the date BUT the total price went up a lot more…. What he did is horribly wrong when it comes to business. He should not do that. He can change whatever price he want before any guests send inquiry or booking request. BUT once after the guests sends an inquiry/request, he should NOT change the price at all. We stayed only 2 nights regardless we booked 3 nights. And left the house as good as we received. Anyway, I am a host as well, I don’t want a negative review to other fellow hosts, so I texted to him about this before I write this review. However, he denied and acted as if he does not know, that pushed me to leave the review here. Hope this won’t happen other future guests. Thanks

This homework works really well for a large group plenty of parking and the house manager. Greg was just awesome! We lived at the dock! The paddleboard and kayaks were a huge bonus as was the game room for the younger kids would definitely stay here again.

Great house for our group

We had a reunion of 6 families that have gotten together annually for the last 15 years. We had to move locations this year as the owner of our last gathering place sold the home. What a wonderful choice to stay at Serenity Cove! The home had ample ammenities, tons of space, and the kids had endless choices between swimming, kayaking, playing on the water slide, and watching movies in the theatre room. Thanks for making the weekend a great one!

Anniversary Celebration

Had the whole family there. Had a lot of fun. Did have issues with refrigerator. The one in kitchen was not working. Was a pain to use the ones in garage. Caretaker said they had been having problems and did put new one in midweek. That was the only disappointment as I think for that much money it should have already been done. Other than that, place was perfect for our group.

Overall it was a great experience. We did have a problem with ants in the pantry. The caretaker had to spray the day we got there but we had to call him again the next day. He was on top of it immediately and had an exterminator out several hours later.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Cove! Plenty of space for an extended family vacation with many things to do as we relaxed and enjoyed lake life together. The host and property care taker were great to work with! The property was very clean and welcoming.

Family Vacation
