Renovated lake front property on quiet cove with flat yard for outdoor fun

Located on Lake Anna across from the state park on a 1 acre lot in a quiet cove. This newly renovated four bedroom, three bath home sleeps 9 people features an eat in kitchen plus a large screened porch with a sitting area as well as a dining area. On the main level, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. Also on the main level is another room with a king size bed and a room with a duo bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) with a trundle bed pull out. There is a bath located next to these two bedrooms. Upstairs there is a suite with a king bed and queen pull out sofa and a private bath. The large family room a large sectional for gatherings and a large window for lake views. Gather for movie night or enjoy a book while relaxing in a chair by the window while taking in the views. Brand new patio with fire pit added spring of 2021! Enjoy a fire, roast some s'mores and relax!

This property is in a lovely location on Lake Anna. Everything was clean, directions were clear, and the owners were responsive. I highly suggest this house for families or for a group of moms (like us) looking to get away and relax!

The best vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at the home. It was clean, you cannot beat the water access and the sleeping situation is perfect for a trip with multiple families or couples. We will be back!

This lakefront property on Lake Anna is a peaceful retreat, perfect for families or friends looking to relax. The house is spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a gentle slope to the water and a yard for outdoor activities. The hosts were responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean - great vacation spot

Our family of 4 (kids are 8 and 10) had a wonderful time. The home was comfortable, cozy, and clean! The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, including paper towels, bath towels, toilet paper, firewood, propane. Beds were comfortable. We loved the kayaks and canoes, and the firepit.

Great Girls Getaway!

We stayed for two nights with a group for a moms getaway. It was the perfect property for all 8 of us. House was clean and well stocked. We used the firepit, the grill, the porch, the kitchen - and the table was perfect for 8 people! We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful lake house!

The house is located in front of the lake and the rafts are perfectly positioned feet away from the lake. The house it's been recently remodeled with beautiful details from the open space, furniture and fixtures, etc. We are certainly going back to this lake house.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

I hesitate to tell you how much we loved this home lest you rent it and I can't! It's been recently remodeled and everything is just perfect. The comfy chairs by the window, the beautiful furniture and fixtures, and the layout is so nice for either three couples or, in our case, will be for our daughter and her family in one area, us in the upstairs master, and our son and daughter-in-law in downstairs master.

Fabulous House

The house is exactly as pictured .Beautiful inside and out. It is stocked with everything you could want- games, paper products, spices and wood fr the fire pit.. The linens are lovely. The grill was clean and convenient for cooking. There are indoor and outdoor tables for eating. We were a party of 8 and the house was perfect for us. I hope to go back next year

Memorial Weekend Stay

What a wonderful property! The square footage worried me that the house might be too small for two families but we were surprised not only by it's size and layout but how comfortable and roomy all the rooms were and the common spaces. The deck and patio were amazing and we enjoyed all the many high end chairs and hammock that was made available. The screened in porch was a definite winner in the evening. The cove is small and the deck could use a bit of tlc but it was perfectly serviceable. The pictures don't show that the provided kayaks can be launched from a ramp right next to the property. Very convenient. The house has many high end finished and everything looked like it was done to a high standard. Not a typically seen in rental properties. Even if short, our stay was wonderful and will be happy to come back.

Family Vacation

Our family of six found this home to be spacious, accommodable, warm and inviting. It was just as described meeting the varied needs of our three generational group. We took special interest in outdoor lawn contests, water activities and indoor board games. As an extra perk, my niece caught a fish at the end of the dock! Whether sitting on the deck or resting inside the screen porch, there was something relaxing and comforting about listening to the sound of passing motorboats in the distance. Within the community, we benefitted from a two-mile hike at the nearby state park, a grocery store run to Food Lion, an evening dinner at The Cove and Sunday Brunch at Callie Opie’s Orchard Restaurant. There is no need to pack anything extra. This place has it all! My family departed feeling grateful for the opportunity to stay at this gem at the end of a cove and hold dearly the memories of a special time at Lake Anna with hopes of returning someday to this lovely home.

not pleased

upon arrival, outdoor spaces very dirty and not what we expected. we cleaned ourselves the first day of vacation. property manager was reached by phone and had a local linen service provide linens that were missing a few hours after arrival. obviously not very happy to be arriving at the vacation site stating they did not have time to deliver the linens much less make the beds etc. cleaning service did not arrive until the next afternoon to assist in cleaning outdoor area. They stayed less then five minutes stating the area did not need their services. We did send photos etc to property manager upon arrival. Property manager has yet to contact us about the disappointing visit.
