Come visit our wonderful home on the shores of Lake Anna!

This home boasts 650 feet of waterfront on its own private cove, and 2 majestic wooded acres for optimal privacy. Add in a boat ramp, staging dock, and full out boat house with lift. 5 Kayaks, and 2 Paddle Boards.....no additional charge!!!

Rentals:
*Boat* - $400/ day (2 day minimum), $250 gas deposit
*Jet ski* - $500/day, $250 gas deposit
Kayaks/Paddle board - $25 per unit (one time fee)
Hot Tub - $150 one time fee (covers cleaning/Chemicals/Electric)
Pets - $100 per pet

About the house:
Our master suite is upstairs featuring a king sized mattress, private bathroom, and a balcony for a beautiful view of the lake. Additionally, there are two other bedrooms consisting of a queen sized bed, and bunk beds (perfect for the little ones!), respectively. We also have a pullout couch located in the main floor den, and an inflatable mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. There are a total of four full bathrooms, two being on the main floor (one with grab bars for handicap access), and another two on the second floor. We also have an updated and fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and even a gas grill outside for use! The home is also chocked with plenty of board games, puzzles, and movies for those rainy days.

Great Lake House

Steve was FANTASTIC as a host during our trip to Lake Anna! Description is spot on and this place is perfect for a quiet vacation to go along with a great lake front vibe! Boat house and fire pit area's were perfect as well! Thanks Steve!!

Great celebration week!

Had a fun week celebrating a birthday with friends. Caught a lot of fish! Enjoyed the firepit, kayaking, hot tub. Host was very responsive. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beautiful property

Beautiful spot, would be an awesome place to stay during the summer (we stayed in December for a wedding). Only issue was that there weren't linens on the beds when we arrived but the property responded quickly and helped us figure out how to get into the linen closet.

Relaxing vacation

The house and property are so lovely! Everything about the property is fantastic, with the exception of the loud and busy road. We wish we had known about it before booking our stay. The boathouse/dock is gorgeous and so much fun to hang out and fish on. The fire pit is huge and so nice. We also loved the unique indoor hot tub. The king bed in the primary bedroom is super comfy!
