Large open concept living room with dining table seating for 10. Kitchen renovation completed in 2021 with countertop seating for 6 and inset 50” HD smart TV. Sunroom off the entry with a NE facing balcony, custom expansive couch for the entire family, and 55” HD smart TV for movie night. New HVAC with Nest smart home configuration, Mixture of high end, custom, and cozy furniture throughout. Our home is family friendly!
