Welcome to our lakefront retreat on Balch Lake! Relax & recharge as you take in the beautiful views. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the summer or the easy access to snowmobile trails & nearby ski mountains in the winter.

The perfect location for summer fun, getaway to see the legendary New England foliage and cozy winter weekends.

There are plenty of activities just a car ride away, including restaurants, bike trails, local farms, downtown Wolfeboro & North Conway!

Available for weekly rentals in summer & nightly rentals off season.

Great Lake House!

We really enjoyed our time at Balch Pond and the house. Plenty of space for adults and teenagers, and all the amenities that you want for a Maine summer stay. House was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Immediate area is fairly quiet, but 30 minute drive to Wolfboro which was nice and an hour from Portland and ocean beaches. Highly recommend!

This property is perfect for larger groups who are looking to get away to a quiet area with the convenience of shops & restaurants not far down the street. The house is located on a quiet part of the lake where you can fish, swim and kayak right off the dock.

This home is perfect for getaways any season! During the summer, enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking and swimming. In the winter, enjoy the nearby access to snowmobile trails, ice skating, and nearby ski mountains. Maine in the Fall is perfect for leaf peeping & hiking, and in the spring this is a great getaway to enjoy the beautiful new england weather and fresh air.
