House was great. Close to Vegas strip, only about 20-25 min drive. Awesome amenities. Did not have hangers for closets or dish and hand towels which I communicated with host. He offered to bring those things to house while we were there. Host was very prompt in answering my concerns. Would stay there again.

I would stay here again. Positives: good location, private, safe, pool, beds are comfortable.Negatives: need more blankets/towels/washcloths, no ice maker, furniture not super comfortable, could be cleaner. Communication from host was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied for the price we paid.

This house has everything you need. Guys were in for golf and ladies sun/ relaxing. We were just far enough from the strip and to the golf course.

The house was great and the host was super communicative. We were missing a couple of kitchen items, and they had them delivered within a day. Fantastic place for our vacation.

This house is nicely laid out and was clean. It's sunny and open. Thy back yard is really cute and my kids loved the hot tub. The kitchen is good but the knives were really unusable. We had to buy one to cut anything. There were also no hangers any where in the house and we had to buy those too. The owner was responsive and ordered hangers but it took so long I never used them. The only other draw back was the pool equipment. It's incredibly loud and runs 24/7. We couldn't use one of the bedrooms because the pool equipment was so loud. If you sleep heavily it probably won't matter. But if you are a light sleeper that part of the house will not be suitable for you.

Clean property that offers all the basics plus a few extras. All communications were answered promptly. Property wasn’t ready for check-in as promised which is why I reduced my rating. It seems as though housekeeping was behind and in turn a couple things were missed on clean up. All minor and rectified easily, host was gracious with apologies and offered late check out in return which was appreciated. Despite the hiccups, I would stay here again.

Great house

We had a great stay. Hayden was awesome at communicating before our stay. The house looks like it has just been remodeled and was very comfortable. We would stay here again.
