Upper loft with 2 beds and kids play area. Lower level 2 guest bedrooms and game room with pool table, wet bar and seating area. Sauna with outdoor shower. Covered patio spaces with lounge chairs and seating area. Private 2 story boat dock is steps down from the house. Amazing panoramic lake and mountain views.
You are welcome to use our private dock and moor your own boat on the side of it. We have 4 SUP boards for you to use.

Very unique vacation home designed and built by us. Its a perfect property off the main channel tucked in behind Big Island on Lake James. The views and location is one of a kind. Enjoy Mt. Michell mountain range sunsets right from the patio.
