What a great stay

Can’t say enough about this place. The amenities to communication with the owners is top notch. Jon and Melissa have done an incredible job with the house. The pool is fantastic and the tall trees add a lot of privacy. The kitchen is up to date with everything you need. The master bedroom and bath were huge! The house had plenty of space for our family of three. Probably the only complaint would be the washer and dryer are a little dated. We packed light and stayed over a week so we did laundry a couple of times. Had to run a few cycles for our clothes to get dry (even with a small load). But this was a MINOR inconvenience. The house is in a good location with a grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Overall, this is a place we’d be willing to stay again. Highly recommend it.

spacious home in fantastic location

This home has 3 bedrooms including one with several bunk beds and video games for kiddos; we didn't have kids with us but if we did, this would've been great! The pool was lovely and the perfect temp, although we did struggle with a hot tub malfunction after the pool maintenance guy came (but that wasn't the owner's fault). Ahwatukee location was central to all major freeways which was super convenient. Nice balcony off master suite overlooking the pool. Owner was very attentive with great communication.
