Home Between Homes
I moved across country and started a job at the Air Force Academy. I rented this Vrbo because I needed a place to stay for over a month before I could move into my apartment. This stay was perfect! First of all, the location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that has nice sidewalks and even a little trail for walking or jogging. I was about 7 minutes from the South Gate of the Academy. There are several plazas with restaurant and grocery stores near by. Within minutes, you can get to Academy Blvd which has lots of stores and restaurants as well.
The space is wonderful and great for long term stays. I was able to cook and freeze a lot of meals. There is a portable stovetop, countertop convection oven, good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and utensils. The living room and bedroom are spacious and I was able to store my tubs and suitcases that I brought with me. I spent a lot of time sitting on the back patio reading and eating dinner. I also enjoyed watching the bunnies run by.
Paul and his family are lovely people. Paul was so responsive and helpful. He wants you to feel at home while you stay here. This was a perfect home between homes and I would definitely recommend staying here!!!
