About this property

Come and stay in this recently renovated space in the charming Old North End! Lovingly called the "Fox Den" this basement apartment features art from local artists and feels warm and inviting.

We are close to Penrose Hospital and Memorial Hospital- we love hosting traveling medical professionals! We are in walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, bars and parks. You'll be close to both the mountains and the trendy downtown area.

Note: Most of the living space has 6'4 ceilings however, there are shorter spots that are 5' 10 and the shower is quite short, at 5'9. Please aware of this when booking.

LONG TERM STAYS: We will do laundry for you every week and clean your unit every month for free!

Cozy in the Fox Den

Everything was so well thought out. The "foxy" decor was adorable. Thank you for the special attention for our anniversary. We had no issues with the low ceilings and would stay there again.

Colorado Springs stay

I’ve never stayed in a cleaner VRBO. This place was the perfect place to see gardens of the gods and Pikes Peak. There are also many restaurants and pubs close by.
