Why they chose this property
When I was stationed at The Air Force Academy, I wanted to live in a house in a perfect location. The home is not too far from anything you need in Colorado Springs and it is in an amazingly quiet neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Ridgeview at Stetson Hills is a very quiet master community. The 5.3-mile, scenic Sand Creek Trail has an access point that is a 5-minute walk from the house. This trail is perfect for quiet walks or running. Jared Jensen Park is 0.2 miles from the home and Snowy River Park is 0.8 miles from the home.
