Clean, Spacious, but Pool and Spa Not Hot

This was a beautiful, comfortable house. The pool and spa were listed as 'heated' and when questioned about the temperature of the spa, the owner said that the pool water circulates to the spa. One of the major reasons we chose to rent this property was the beautiful 'heated' pool and spa. Unfortunately, the water was cool and we didn't enjoy either the pool or the spa. Additionally, the ice maker only produced 2-3 cubes of ice at a time. I sent a note to the owner about these two issues and got no response.
