You will appreciate the Coastal Beach Décor this house has to offer. This House is very spacious, clean, well appointed and has a Coastal Beach feel throughout.
It has a nice pool, deck and an outdoor seating area with a gas grill so you can make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Very sleek design, cool color palette and laundry room inside.
Close to Mercato Shopping Center where you find plenty of restaurants and a Whole Foods supermarket. It’s also close to the beach. You can go to a beach access on Vanderbilt Beach Rd or the beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. Both are less than a 2 minute drive, It is only a 5 minute bike ride and a 15 walk away from the house . Could you ask for more??

What makes this property unique
This property is a spacious 2147 square feet under air, sleeps 8+ comfortably, has a nice pool and outside area, a large garage and all the amenities I would look for in a home. It comes with 5 bikes with helmets and locks, pool and beach accessories like beach chairs (8), beach umbrellas (2), noodles, rafts, water wings and children's life jackets.
