Set on a quiet dead-end street in the highly walkable Willoughby Acres neighborhood, this fully fenced property offers privacy, comfort, and plenty of space for families, couples, or friends traveling together. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and both indoor and outdoor living areas, there’s room for everyone to relax.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept layout with stylish yet cozy furnishings. The dining area seats six and flows into a welcoming family room with an electric reclining sofa, a loveseat, and a large-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or game day. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double sink, and a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines. Additional bar seating makes it easy to snack, sip, or chat while cooking.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.



Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
