Beautiful, air-conditioned apartment with pool, right by the sea (4 people)

The apartment is part of a complex that is located directly on the sea and includes 3 pools.
If you arrive by car or take a rental car, there is the possibility to park the car in the underground car park under apartment block 18. The pure living space is 60m³ plus a terrace of 17m³ and a patio of 10m³.
There is a living room, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and large fitted wardrobes with plenty of space for clothes and other things, a kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and other accessories. A washing machine is also available.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub in which a shower wall has been installed. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious patio with beach chairs, cushions and other accessories, and there is also the option of hanging laundry or placing air mattresses and the like.
In the living room there is a small dining table and both a couch and an armchair, from which you can watch TV in the evening (a DVD player is also available, like some German and Russian DVDs). Air conditioning ensures pleasant coolness.
From the cozy terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast, you have a direct view of one of the 3 pools.
A beautiful private beach is part of the holiday complex and is accessible via a staircase.
A beautiful walkway runs above the beach, which leads you to the marina, the beach club or the tower of Cabo Roig. The nearest supermarket is about 350m away. There is also a pharmacy and a bakery. There is also a medical center in the immediate vicinity.

The place Dehesa de Campoamor belongs to the municipality of Orihuela Costa and offers you numerous opportunities for a relaxing and varied holiday.
In addition to the beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the many beautiful beaches, there are two marinas, several supermarkets and one of the most modern shopping malls in all of Spain.
La Zenia Boulevard has around 160 shops, such as B. Zara, Primark, Adidas, Beshka, Pandora and many more.
A few kilometers away there are also several pink salt lakes, which have a significant impact on the region's climate.
Especially in winter and autumn, the area is one of the warmest in Spain and is therefore particularly popular with tourists.

Good location, close to the beach

The location was great for us, may not suit everyone as there are approx 50 steps down to the beach. The beach is very nice, sand very fine.

We stayed here for three months, Dec, Jan & Feb. The apartment is described as ‘beautiful’. It is not. The location was great, near the beach and bars (10 min walk). There are approx 100 steps from the beach to the apartment. You can avoid the steps but it’s a steep hill up & down to the beach. The apartment has a large front balcony but in December and most of January it is shaded by other buildings. February you will get sun until 1pm if you get sun in Feb!! It is cold indoors all the time. We used the heating a lot. I should have asked what the aspect was. It faces east with apartments in front with a big block of apartments on the south side. The apartment needs updating, many cracked/broken tiles, kitchen sink and worktop. Broken chairs in back yard. Old uncomfortable armchair. Mattress in front bedroom needs replacing, black damp spots. Too many personal items in cupboards and shelves for my taste. Shower needs attention. Unable to adjust height or angle as it’s fixed to the wall. The apartment is usable but disappointing and is showing signs of neglect. This apartment may well be better in the hot weather but as a winter let it needs work. The landlord seems like a nice man and replied promptly to any queries we had. The tv is set up in German, we are english, and he tried his best to help reset the tv via text. (No luck).

Apartamiento muy bien localizado

La casa está muy bien y la playa está cerquita, se puede ir caminando, pero hay que bajar unas cuantas escaleras para llegar. La piscina la tiene justo enfrente de la casa. Ya la limpieza, esa dejar mucho a desear....se nota que la persona de la limpieza limpia lo básico para entrar. Los armarios dentro llenos de polvo y la cocina tenia mucha cosa caducada dentro de los armarios. Por lo demás está genial.

Apartamento en Dehesa de Campoamor muy cerca de la playa y con una piscina comunitaria muy cerca. El apartamento no cuenta con un mobiliario muy moderno y los dormitorios son bastante calurosos y sin aire acondicionado pero se encuentra en una bonita zona y cerca de la playa. El propietario además es muy amable.

Buena relación calidad-precio El alojamiento está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, 3 minutos andando, aunque no apto para carritos (son alrededor de 40 escalones). La playa es comoda, de tierra fina, sin masificar e ideal para los niños ya que cubre poco. La piscina esta bien cuidada y pegada al apartamento, muy cómoda. La casa en general esta bien, tiene de todo, aunque debe darse una mejora en algunos aspectos como las sartenes, sabanas, el lavavajillas o los cierres de las ventanas. De tamaño es correcta para 4 personas, dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón, pero no llega a las habitaciones que las hace bastante calurosas por la noche. Tiene un porche muy cómodo y amplio en el que poder desayunar y comer. En la zona se aparca bien, aunque tener plaza cubierta reservada es un plus ya que en verano hace mucho calor.

Winter Sun Break

We had a lovely stay with really good weather for Oct/Nov. The property overall was good - felt spacious and good size balcony. However, a couple of things needed attention in our view. The bathroom could do with a spruce up as the shower head over the bath was fixed at such an angle that it went way over your head and hit the end wall - something that has been happening for sometime by the damp patches on the bathroom door. The bed frame in the main bedroom needs replacing as frame looks bent and was very uncomfortable - we ended up sleeping in the back bedroom. Generally felt the apartment just needed a good airing and clean. Well positioned for access to the beach.

Excelente localización

Ha sido la segunda vez que hemos estado de vacaciones en esa casa, el propietario Sr. Viktor y el casero, ambos muy atenciosos, la casa muy bien ubicada, bajamos las escaleras y ya estamos en la playa. Lugar tranquilo, urbanización genial con la piscina en la puerta mismo. La casa tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Y la la terraza es grande y muy ventilada, hemos hechos todas las comidas alli fuera, ya que coge un aire fresquito. Todo genial.
