Beautiful condo and property

We were a group of 5 adults who had a great girls trip. The rental and check in process were smooth, the condo was clean and well equipped, and the property was beautiful. I could easily see coming back with my family.

Lovely condo in great development

We rented this villa for spring break and enjoyed the great location by the pool, the privacy, and the views of the mountains. It was nicely furnished and well appointed. My only recommendation would be bigger beds in the room with twins. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Casita

We really enjoyed our stay at this casita in LaQuinta. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped and in an ideal location. The host was very communicative and responsive. All and all, we had a great stay here! Would highly recommend!

Our family stay was one for the books celebrating 4th of July! Communication with Tara the host was effortless. The location of the property couldn't be more perfect. It's up against the mountains with the most stunning view and beautiful desert landscape. The property was steps away from the pool. A resort feel with peaceful serenity.The one complaint was how hot the house felt during the middle of the night and especially in the morning. The AC can only be set at 74 and by morning the AC was running at 81 which was way too hot and suffocating. Check-out was at 11am and we couldn't wait to leave because of how uncomfortable the entire house felt.

Thank you for your feedbacks. Sorry that you and your family felt the condo was on the warm side. July is a tough month to be in the desert with triple digit temperature. The air conditioning unit is brand new, having been replaced in March 2026 and has been working well. I have never received complaints about it.

Tara and the property are great!

The townhouse is exactly as it looks in the pictures, easy and comfortable. We've been staying at Legacy Villas for the past 10 years and Tara (owner) is above and beyond accommodating. She is wonderful to work with and so easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Location and House !

Tara, the owner of the property was outstanding. So wonderful to communicate with about everything. The house was wonderful. Very clean and she had such nice little touches everywhere…paintings etc. she also provided very nice linens and kitchenware. The Legacy Villas is also beautiful with wonderful walking paths and many swimming pools. We loved it there. Hope to return next year.

Fantastic

This townhome was exactly as the photos show, maybe even better. Its location in the development is great and is right next to the pool. The townhome was very clean and very well appointed and organized. The communication with the property manager was excellent, very quick responses. We have traveled to La Quinta many times but this was our first time staying here and we will definitely book it again!

Love this property

This property is amazing. Tara is an amazing host. The house is fully furnished right down to the details you don’t find in many VRBO’s. It is so clean and neat. She is very responsive and accommodating. The condo is located right next to one of the 12 pools on the property. Plan your next vacation here and you won’t be disappointed.

Holiday Golf

The property was great. It would be great if the two twin beds were replaced by a double and queen. The room is big enought for more comfort. As adults or if you have teenagers, the beds are very small. Also, only 5 wine glasses and no cocktail glasses... maybe because they have not been replaced becaue former guest broke them. Overall, the location and property is perfect.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall. The twin beds are standard size, but I understand that some may prefer larger beds. I will consider switching one or both to larger beds, based on the size of the room. It's true that wine glasses seem to break often and they have been replaced.
