Fresh and Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cambridge Greene Condominium located 2.5 blocks to the beach and recreation area and a quick stroll to the public dock for fishing and beautiful sunsets. The 2-story floor plan allows for families to spread out! The first floor provides a spacious master suite & walk-in closet, full bathroom and a great room with sliding door leading to private deck. All new hardwood floors on the first floor, Great room and remodeled kitchen with new appliances and countertops along with new vanities in both 1st floor and 2nd floor baths. On the 2nd floor you will also find 2 additional bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 1 bunk and 1 single bed (3 twins in this room) with a pool view and a laundry closet. Enjoy a view of the pool deck from the unit.. Enjoy a day at the beach and return to the lovely outdoor pool. Conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Bud s Market. New furnishings, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture and beds make this a great spot for your next vacation.
*PLEASE NOTE- bedroom picture with two bunks has changed. There is currently one bunk and another twin bed so essentially, the top bunk was removed. Also note, TVs are equipped with Firestick and Youtube TV. TVs are not connected to cable but are smart. Firesticks have been added to bedroom TVs. Netflix and gaming systems ok as well

Family Vacation / Escape from Family

Our larger extended family rented a home nearby but my mom, dad, and I wanted to get our own place to escape the expected chaos of 20 people under one roof. We spent a majority of our time at their house, so didn't use the amenities like the pool or kitchen that often (outside of a few delicious jersey tomato sandwiches!) This rental provided everything we needed and was the appropriate size for 3 people. This was the first rental I've stayed at the Jersey Shore where beach tags weren't provided, but we were able to use our other family members. Great location, price was okay for the space, easy process!
