Enjoy bathing at the pool or walk across the street to the recreation area, equipped with tennis & basketball courts and a playground. The first floor offers the living room, dining area and kitchen. Off the 1st floor living area deck is a large patio to sit and relax. The second floor has one bedroom with a double bed and a full hall bath. The 3rd floor master suite, equipped with "his & her" closets, King bed and a private deck, offers all the comforts of a seashore home. A second bedroom with two twin sized bed is also located on the 3rd floor, along with a full bath.
