This private beachfront escape in Sands of Kahala will definitely leave you feeling Moonstruck! With Gulf views from the covered deck, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, bright and airy living area, and easy access to the beach, your whole family will fall in love with this luxurious dog friendly home. Get ready for a trip to remember!

The open living area is ideal for larger groups, with multiple seating areas including a large sectional sofa and plush armchairs. The south-facing wall is full of oversized windows to maximize the panoramic beachfront Gulf views from every corner. Shake up your favorite drinks at the wet bar, and prepare delicious vacation feasts in the nearby fully-equipped kitchen. Abundant storage and all of the pots, pans and dishes you will need are all easily accessible. The breakfast bar seats 4, and the dining table with a Gulf view seats 8. The deck boasts abundant seating, so al fresco dining is a must.

Take a slow start to your day, lazing around in the comfortable bedrooms. The main level primary king suite boasts stunning beachfront views, a sitting area, direct deck access, a dressing area and walk-in shower.

Take a fun walk up the spiral staircase to access the other 3 bedrooms tucked away on the upper level. The queen bedroom has direct deck access, and down the hall you’ll find a bedroom with 2 full beds, plus a kid/teen dream-come-true bedroom with 2 twin beds plus a twin daybed with roll-out twin trundle.

The fenced yard features multiple sitting areas, and the ground level patio boasts resort style furniture, perfect for hours of lounging in the sun or shade. When the beach calls, just pop through the side gate and walk off the grass onto the sand. Hit the waves, build sand castles, or soak up the sun. There is an activity for everyone!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Overpriced for the condition of the home
Location is good. Size of the house was good. A/C worked well except for one bedroom that was warm. Backyard is fenced in, I assume for owners dog as there was dog feces all over the lawn, or rather dirt, no grass only weeds and dirt. Backyard and patio were filthy, furniture was filthy, I took pictures as I was in disbelief that someone would rent a home in that condition. The fenced in backyard made it very confusing as to how to access the beach. One gate was padlocked and the other appeared to go in neighbors back yard. I had to call management company to find out how we accessed the beach. All in all we enjoyed our family time but I would not rent this house again, the back of the house was disgusting. Needs to be cleaned
