Please note, this home is NOT handicap accessible and requires climbing the stairs.
This apartment is centrally located and a short walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, gelato parlors and local farmers market (once a week)
This home offers you 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a sink, shower and bidet, outside covered shower and 1 fold out couch with an additional sleeping space. Total 4 people can sleep here.
Free-not guarded public parking is available too along the side of the road.
No AC, I have a fan. Smart flat screen TV.
Kitchen supplied with all needed dishes and utensils, stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine.
