Comfortable two-room apartment overlooking the Gulf of Policastro

The apartments are located on the ground floor of a recently renovated house from the 1950s and consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, an anteroom and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Each apartment is livable also outside: it offers, in fact, a large equipped terrace and a tree-lined garden.
The accommodations, tastefully furnished, are provided, in addition to the normal amenities (iron, color TV, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric oven, hairdryer, toaster, juicer) also with air conditioning, wi-fi, of the Nespresso coffee machine (it is recommended to bring the capsules with you).
It is possible to book the private car garage for free.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Pets are allowed only if they are small in size and if maximum cleaning is guaranteed (a security deposit is required to guarantee the hygiene of the premises and furnishings).
