Windows galore, provide views of 100-year trees and beautiful surrounding homes. This is an elite, high-in-demand neighborhood in the city. It is walkable to many local restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, gelato, grocery and shops. Location is close to the U of U hospital, downtown SLC and world class ski resorts.

The space
All rooms, furniture, rugs, windows, shades, lights, light fixtures have all been carefully curated and chosen to make visitors feel like they are living back in time but in modern comfort. Beds are of the highest quality as are sheets, pillows, towels, couches (linen and leather), dining chairs, kitchen stools and working chairs that are connected to the three working spaces located throughout the house. 100-year-old trees line the streets and create a beautiful presence.
