This tranquil holiday home is situated between Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. It features a fenced-off pool that can be heated and beautiful views.
The delightful finca has recently been renovated, has a new kitchen and is decorated in a rural cottage style. On the covered terrace, you can sit and relax or have dinner in the evening. There is also a covered barbecue area with a fridge.
On the ground floor, the house offers a large living/dining room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find an open gallery leading to the roof terrace and the fourth bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom. The decor and furnishings are of a high standard throughout.
The nearest beaches, in Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença or Alcudia, are a 10-15 minute drive away.

Beautiful property within easy reach of town/beach

We had a fabulous 10 days here. The property is very well kitted out, with everything we needed. It is in a peaceful and quiet location, but only a short drive to the old town/shops and many beautiful beaches are accessible within a 15-20 minute drive. The pool was great and a good temperature. All bedrooms had AC which could be used during the day if needed which was helpful. Martina was quick to reply to messages and we also met the owner who was charming and friendly This is a fabulous part of Mallorca and we were very happy staying here. A car is essential, but some of the roads close to the villa are narrow, so a smaller car may be a good idea.

Perfect for our family holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday at this great rural finca. Perfect facilities for keeping our grandchildren (ages 4 and almost 2) entertained. It was a peaceful and relaxing setting for me, my husband and our daughter and son-in-law. It has a great pool, which we paid extra to have heated before our arrival and throughout our stay. Martina was so helpful in answering all my questions, arranging a hire car for us at a great price and putting us in touch with a local supermarket that delivered a welcome pack, plus a few extras that we added, prior to our arrival.

Mit Charme aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich auf einem schönen großen Grundstück. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ca 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich und war für uns mit fünf Gästen wirklich zu klein. Das Haus selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (älteres sehr simples Mobiliar, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, abblätternde Decken oben auf der Etage, Risse...). Die Dachterrasse ist winzig und da die Generatoren für die Klimaanlagen dort stehen und laut brummen leider auch nicht zu nutzen. Zudem war im gesamten Haus ein stark muffiger Geruch, der leider den ganzen Urlaub nicht zu vertreiben war - vielleicht war das Haus vorher länger nicht bewohnt? Die Küche ist modern und mit Pfannen/Töpfen gut ausgestattet, Gewürze, Spülmittel etc muss man selber einkaufen. Der Grill ist dermaßen verdreckt, dass er wenn überhaupt nur mit Aluschalen genutzt werden könnte, wir haben davon lieber Abstand genommen. Was den Urlaub jedoch wirklich nachhaltig beeinträchtigt hat war die wirklich ungewöhnlich große Mückenplage im und am Haus, die vermutlich auf die Wasserstelle im Garten (20 Meter vom Haus entfernt) zurückzuführen ist. Man konnte weder morgens draußen entspannt frühstücken noch abends draußen essen. Die zahlreichen Flecken von erschlagenen Mücken an den Wänden im Haus hätten uns eine Warnung sein müssen. Insgesamt also eine durchwachsene Erfahrung, da die durch die Bilder und Beschreibungen geweckten Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden.

Schöne Ferien Finca in toller Umgebung

Die finca ist optimal für Familien allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ansonsten alles top.
