The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent. He checked in several times to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.
Zach was great! We enjoyed our family vacation. The cabin was just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We stayed 4 nights and saw bear every day. Thanks for being such a good host!
Great location! We walked down to the parkway and were able to walk to the Main Street in Gatlinburg. Cabin was as described, clean and plenty of beds for our family getaway
It was a perfect location! Host was very available if we had any issues. I do wish the room on the top level that was for a child room, had 2 twin beds like other child bedroom on the lower level. Only complaint was that the outdoor area needs some TLC. Would have liked a cleaner deck area with more outdoor furniture to enjoy the weather.
My coworkers and I needed a place close to downtown. This property was exactly what we needed! Excellent accommodations, great communication and clean! Thank you for hosting us this week.
Cute little cabin just a few min walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The beds were comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch at night listening to the stream below. Would definitely book again! Thank you Zach for sharing your home with us!
This house is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to relax, but close enough to walk instead of paying for parking. There is plenty of excitement for all ages.

Tammy, great hosting you. Love the location as it is such an easy 6 minute walk downtown.
Overall great place to stay. You do have to go outside to get to the bedrooms downstairs but this no problem for us, with adult children. Zachary the Host communicated well and understanding after bears dragged someone elses garbage onto the property and we cleaned up what we could reach on the hillside. Location was really good, and we avoided having to drive into town and park a few times. Definitely will have bears get into your car if you dont lock the doors! Parking: dont bring more than 2 vehicles, or 3 short ones. Kitchen floor was a little dirty. I had to wipe up a few dropa of spilled gatorade and the towel was picking up a lot of dirt with the gatorade so his crew needs to mop a bit better. Otherwise I would have given the full 5 stars on "clean". Bottom line I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Space was cozy and clean, and bedrooms were warm and spacious and this place definitely had all the things needed to make this stay fun smooth and steady. The owner was great with communicating and process was smooth
We stayed here for a girls’ trip including 6 adults with three children under 4. The beds/bedrooms worked great for this. Just a short walk to the downtown area made it very convenient. Owner was very quick in responding to messages.
Zach was very accommodating and responsive when messaged! He checked in on us often. The cabin is in a great location and easy to walk to the main attractions.
Our family had a great stay in the cabin. It is a little quirky in its set up but we like staying at unique properties. It was nice to be able to walk into town. Gatlinburg can be very busy so it was nice to avoid looking for parking.
This cabin was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We didn’t have to get back into the car until we left for home. Everything was walking distance or the trolley was a great option to get around town.
The cabin was clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely remember this cabin for future trips here.

Thank you
The condo is very close to the downtown!!
We enjoyed the walk!!
Everything was good, the only concern we had that was a bit smaller then we expected.
Overall, our stay was good. The stairs that led to the lower level rooms needed a light. The balconies were not clean. I looked forward to sitting on them in the morning but didn’t since they were dirty and unkept. For our family, going outside to go up and downstairs was inconvenient, but we made it work. The cabin is rustic with lots of character and was very clean. The communication with the host was great, and check in was easy. It was not an easy walk to get to the main drag in Gatlinburg, we had to pay for parking.

The house was clean. But did have an old musty smell. The beds were comfy. Loved the rocking chairs on back porch. We could not get the AC part to come on but the Heater would. The walk from house to Parkway I feel takes longer than 5 minutes. It's a very strenuous walk. The incline was no joke. We made the walk once to Parkway then caught a ride back later that night to house. After that we drove and paid to park every day.
