Cozy tiny home nestled near Heritage 1865 in Southern Iowa, just minutes from Lake Rathbun and Bridgeview boat ramp. The tiny home has all modern amenities and tucked away in the quiet countryside. The living area features a full kitchen, flat screen tv, and a gas fireplace. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen tv. Upstairs in the loft there are 3 twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The tiny home can comfortably sleep 7 guests. There is a full kitchen & full bathroom. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit overlooking the 10 acre lake. Hang out by the shared private lake with your own private dock and swimming area.
