House with a pool in the heart of Normandy, between Caen and the sea

Welcome to our little corner of Normandy 🌿 �PGJyPgWe are starting our rental business with enthusiasm and have already had the chance to meet some great people thanks to a first experience on another booking site. With this experience, we now want to expand our adventure and have the pleasure of welcoming new travellers to our cottage.
Our house is located in a small Normandy village, ideally located between Caen and the sea, in a peaceful and rejuvenating environment, while remaining close to all amenities.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find shops, an aquatic centre and a few restaurants. From the cottage, lovers of walks can also go on foot to discover small paths that will lead you to our mill. And if you like walking, the paths in the surrounding hills offer beautiful walks, perfect for getting some fresh air, disconnecting and fully enjoying the Normandy nature.

By car, you can easily discover the treasures of our region:
🏖️ About 20 minutes to reach the nearest beach and enjoy the seaside.
🍎 Only 10 minutes to discover Beuvron-en-Auge, one of the most beautiful villages in France, in the heart of the famous Cider Route.
🏛️ 20 minutes to reach the centre of Caen, with its historical heritage, museums, shops and restaurants.
🏰 20 minutes also to reach Falaise and its castle, an ideal destination for lovers of old stones and history.

We wanted to create a place where you feel good as well in summer than in winter.
On sunny days, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool, shared with us, the owners. An ideal space to relax after a day of discovery or simply enjoy a moment of calm.
And when the days are cooler, it's time for cocooning evenings! The pellet stove brings a soft warmth and a warm atmosphere, perfect for getting together around a good meal, a book or simply enjoying the calm of the house.
Our wish is above all to offer you a comfortable, simple and authentic stay, in a setting where you can rest, enjoy nature and easily discover Normandy.
