The house is beautiful. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and spending family time together in the large main space. Everyone loved the swing! The open air bathroom is also beautiful. It was nice being far enough away from the main road to avoid crowds and noise, while still being close enough to walk everywhere in town. And Javier was a helpful and lovely host!

A good time

We enjoyed our stay. The space looks just like the photos. Javier was communicative and the home was cleaned regularly. The location is great but I do recommend having a vehicle.

Roomy beautiful space

Very clean well used space. Master bedroom on main floor with lovely bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and great family area. Nice outdoor space with small plunge pool. Upstairs two bedrooms to sleep 4 and a nice bath.

Absolutely exquisite!

The property is beautiful, and had all of tje amenities we required as a group of four adults.The location is walkable to two beachfronts (the Playa Pelada beach is so beautiful) and several places to eat. Javier was quick to respond with suggestions and any little questions we had. He even arranged a midweek clean and laundry for us.Highly recommend staying here, we'll definitely be back!

We had a magical month in Nosara. The house was beautiful and well equipped with kitchen tools. It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach, but it was also nice to have the plunge pool option at the house. Javier was a warm, responsive host who took care of all of our needs. Just be aware the Nosara is developing and there are occasional power surges. It didn’t detract from our stay, or from our ability to work, but for those working remotely, it’s good to be aware that you might have the odd glitch.

Excellent value near beach

Javier is an excellent host. Communicates well and is very responsive. Condo is a 13-minute walk from Playa Pelada and the beachside Olga’s Restaurant is highly recommended. Modern bathrooms and kitchen with plenty of water pressure. Air conditioning in bedrooms works well. Comfortable beds. Pool is a small plunge pool, handy for cooling off. Safe area with outside locked gate and codes for entry both to locked gate and condo. Recommend a 4WD or ATV to get around as some roads are steep, unpaved, and bumpy. Easy, contactless checkin and checkout. Excellent value.

It’s all about the master bed and bathroom!

Nice place. Javier was easy to communicate with and had quick response times. Open concept was very nice except for the view into the neighbors home and vice versa. From the balcony of either house, you look directly into the other property. Not too private, but very clean and good access to Pelada and Playa Guiones.
